The product was delivered late that too with damaged broken cake and dried flowers. Had to call up several times to make sure the order was delivered. This is not expectable for any occasion.

They don't value customer's time. Spent more than 2 hours on chat with various unethical support team agents and each time they kept me waiting for long without telling what is happening. Had to make couple of long international calls to find out why my order was not delivered at committed time.
