I have had such a horrible experience. Due to major schedule change by airlines I wanted to reschedule my flight and they took 2 full weeks with hundreds of follow up calls to cancel and rebook a flight. Now it's been 60 days and I haven't got the refund yet, even though airlines have already given back the money to them and. Everytime you try to contact them over a call or chat they only give fake promises which the customer care people have been trained to do so. I would say a BIG no to book through them.
Poor online support. It seems they are using cheap AI services. Most of the answers are nonsense. Phone not attended after many tries. High charges for cancellation. Think 10 times before you book through this company. The company deserve negative rating instead of one star.
Unfortunately, I cannot leave a '0' rating. This company changed my initial flight segment without notifying me. Then, when I missed the initial flight, they cancelled the remaining segments. I had to rebook my trip at my own expense, which cost over $3000 USD, since it was done at the last minute. Fortunately, in working with the airline directly, I was able to salvage a portion of my return trip. The Flight Network refused to refund the cancelled flights or reimburse me for the rebooked segments. Pathetic! Unfortunately, I booked this through KAYAK, which I will NEVER do again.
I booked flight with them but their member airlines SNA-Toronto- SNA (spirit airlines) changed my outward journey dates so I had to cancel this leg of the journey. I applied for a refund. This was done in August 2022. We are in March 2023. I am still waiting.

Avoid booking with this company. They sold me a flex ticket containing the women's handbag and the airline company categorised this ticket to economy light, not including the women's handbag. I had to pay 63 Euro for a small bag to carry on the plane. The problem is that they mislead using the same terminology with the airlines company but they sell different tickets.

Up until now we've always been happy booking with FlightNetwork. When our flight was cancelled last December, I received a refund after three calls. However it has been unbelievably frustrating trying to claim for my husband. To date, I have made 12 phone calls and 6 live chats with no success.
Have been informed variously that:
- the flight was not cancelled (incorrect)
- that my husband was a no-show (incorrect)
- that a refund has been issued (incorrect)
- that my claim is being process (incorrect)
- that my husband has not yet cancelled the flight (incorrect)
Who has the time ( hours and days) and/or the patience ( on one phone call I detailed my request and was transferred six times before giving up) to go through this process repeatedly?
Fortunately, there is very little money involved because I am worn out from trying to make this claim for money that is owing us. This experience has soured me against ever using FlightNetwork again.
Booked flights that were canceled, Flight Network unable to provide alternate travel plans for same dates. Requested a refund which they lodged with the airline in June of 2022. Here I am in March of 2023 9 Months later with no monies returned to me, i have called and emailed numerous times and am always met with the same response "We will escalate with the refund team". Absolutely horrendous business practices by Flight Network. This operation is fraudulent and a scam I would advise other consumers to stay clear and not use this operator.

I would give 0 star if I could. I called customer service to make some changes to my flight because the airline changed my flight times and the new time wasn't favourable for me. I was on hold and transferred 5 times and after 3 hours they just hung up on me. I could not make any change I stock with the flight they forced on me. I had the worst experience I ever had!

I ordered the flight tickets here for my whole family. The email I got has no airline confirmation. I went to the airline website and see that it is not a valid confirmation. The airline has no details of my flight and trip. No thing are booked by this professional thief. I called them within 24 hours to request the cancellation but they said the airline is unable to cancel my tickets. (I KNOW, THERE IS NO TICKETS FOR ME, HOW CAN THEY CANCEL MY TICKETS). They refuse to offer any refund although all airlines can refund any tickets within 24 hours of purchase. They blocked my phone by transferring me to an automatic phone call system. I am working with my credit card to dispute the transaction. The TripCase website they use to manage my ticket also shows no details for ticket confirmation from the airline. All of them are professional thieves. The email that you received is not real. No luck for anyone here. Stay away from the thieves people. If you made mistake like me, stop waiting your time with this company. Contact police and credit card company to report the case and file the dispute with your bank or credit card.
Here is the review that everyone should know if you make one mistake on the name you need to prepare the payments that comes with it. Even when you have paid all sector in one go they are fast to take the money. The itinery payment they will charge you for the 2 x sector which would be equivent to a full payment. I have been and feel that it is a rip off so please be aware of what you purchase. The customer service is in another country and in a different time plus call and awaiting for answers takes ages. The first time i changed my flight date, i had to call them to send my ticket. How irresponsible? `if you know what is good for you, follow up with them if you have to use them because I was met with the shock of my life unable to board my flight from lagos to toronto because i was not showing up on the manifest for Egyptair for the 16th of feb. When i even changed my ticket from the 14th of January to 4th of feb, i had to follow them up to email my ticket as if they were day old babies... disgraceful that is... My ticket cancelled, I requested a refund, first response from them, it is not possible, then i insisted after consulting airlines, now they are escaping from money refund since 9 months although the airlines confirmed that refund done in November 2022. Flight Network is the worst agent to use to book your flights through. I bought my tickets from London to New York through Flight Network in Oct 2022. The airline accidentally overcharged me but instead of refunding the money back to me, they refunded it to Flight Network. I have been chasing Flight Network since last Oct for my refund.
They acknowledged that they have got my money but didn't process the refund till today 8th Feb 2023 and on top they have deducted a $45 processing fee which even the airline didn't charge me cause it was a clear error on their part for overcharging me. Flight Network is charging me admin fee, I did all the chase up, follow up, wasted my mobile bill, and they sat and earned interest on my money and now have the privilege to charge me admin fee for refunding something which was paid to them in error. The Flight Network booking platform allowed me to duplicate a booking and lose $3000 AUD. Yes, you read that right - three thousand Australian dollars. No help, no support, no sign of a refund.
