I am a 74 year old pensioner and finding it very hard to retrieve my refund from them. They have given me the run around and even lied when the airline confirmed to me that they have indeed given the refund to Flight Network.
I find it hard to believe that a company could blatently steal from consumers and get away with it.
However i refuse to let this go and have found the address for their head quarters if anyone needs to know: 1401-145 King street west, Toronto, Ontaria, M5H 1J8.

Absolutely pathetic to deal with even when the flights are cancelled by the airline. I also think the staff are incompetent to deal with any request. They are only good to pass you from one operator to another with some BS excuse!
This is a scam agency. They will offer flights that aren't available and charge you money then when the airline contacts you they will tell you that they are trying their best to help you but all they will do is transfer you from agent to agent. They send emails saying a manager will call you back and no one calls you back. They say that they are contacting the airline but they do not the only option they will offer you is a refund of which they will deduct many fees. 9 times out of 10 you will get an email saying that there has been a change to your flight even though no such change has happened. My flight was changed arriving 2 minutes earlier and it doesn't affect any other leg of my trip but they are saying that the airlines cannot authorize any changes and they transfer me from agent to agent solving no issues. You will have a headache and stress with this company. I am very disapointed that skyscanner has this agency listed as someone to book though. I will not use skyscanner anymore as well.
After having my flight reschedule and had to wait 9 extra hours on the airport, i had return flight cancelled with no replacement flight or any kind of compensation. Now it has been more than 1 year, 20 emails and more than 12h on the phone and i still have not seen my refund happening.
I have never experienced such a bad costumer service, will definitely not use their services again and i would recommend everyone to do the same. The few hundred bucks that you save on a flight will give you alot of grief and sooner or later you will end up regretting your decision.
I booked a flight (flexi ticket) from Dubai to Phuket to depart for April 2023. The flight was booked through flight network for a Indigo flight. After realizing me and my friend couldn't use the flight I immediately processed my cancelation. The customer support and information was already unclear by this time and the chat agent wasn't helpful; on top of this, there was no email where we could follow up with our request. A few weeks after the flight, I received a refund of around 50 USD when I paid 1150 USD for the flights. I asked Flight Network why and they told me it was the amount refunded by Indigo, which made no sense to me since I saw their policy before buying the tickets. I contacted Indigo to complain and I was informed that I was refunded the "no show" amount, because my tickets were never canceled. When I contacted FlightNetwork (by this time it was already my 5th time contacting them at least) they told me cancellation or no-show were the same and that I was wrong in complaining. I talked to Indigo again and they informed it is not the same and that it was a mistake from FlightNetwork. Again, I messaged them and only by then they admitted their mistake and said a refund would be processed but that they couldn't give me a time frame. It has been over 2 months and at least 15 times where I followed up and no refund has been done or time frame has been given. On top of this, the support is awful and they don't allow us clients to escalate the situation ourselves, so I am going to expose this situation everywhere. DON'T BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!
I booked four tickets from Toronto to Delhi on 23rd May 2023. I was booking through Skyscanner which led me to other service provider including Flight Network. Even cheaper options were there I choose Flight Network because of its popular name. When I was going through the process of booking, its gave so many options including choice of flexible tickets which I am sure, I deselected. But at the time of checking out the price was added which I could not look. After paying the amount, when I came to know the same day I called at customer support and a ticket was created. After that I called several times and was always promised falsely that the refund is in process. Today again I called and I insisted for the final answer, I was told it will not be coming. I wanted to give one star but unfortunately there was no option for this
Zero star. To contact them after you make a booking. You can only call the hotline or live chat. And they are not able to help change the timing of the flight. They simply direct you to the airlines. I have called the airlines and they cannot change too and refer me back to flight network. Do not book through flight network! No service at all
Please do not use this site. Was charged twice on my credit card, and it took 2 months for Flight Network to end the dispute. Absolutely no customer service. Was sent emails saying out flights had either been cancelled or changed, but had not.
My air tickets (booked via Flight Network) to Frankfurt in Nov 2022 was cancelled due to a airport strike and I had no choice but to seek a refund. After more than 6 months, the refund is still pending airline refund. I called Flight Network numerous times to request for assistance and escalation. Flight Network claims that the refund is still pending from the airline (Luthansa/SIA)

I booked from Hanoi to Danang on Vietravel for 28 April 23. From the beginning I cannot access my booking on airline site. Only the agent can. Called flight network and they said even if you can't acces reach airport on time and things should be fine
On 28th April some hours before the flight I get a mail, flight rescheduled after two! Days. Could never have imagined such a long delay.
Now comes the role of flight network. I called them to say 30 th is too late, but no help from anyone. Said contact airlines directly. Airlines ready to give me booking earlier ie on 29th, but said it seems agent ie flight network requested 30th without any reference back to me.
Once airline confirmed to me in person earlier alternate flight, I cannot access my booking on airline site. It says accessible only thro agent, ie flight network! Called multiple times to flight network and you guessed it, standard reply, talk to airlines. Then why are you the agent! Low cost we can't help blah blah...I know low cost, most airlines are nowadays. You have some responsibility if you booked a ticket on my behalf.
My advice to all avoid such insensitive companies, book directly on airline site.
They issued ticket with PNR but in fact they are not settling the payment to airlinline therefore airline has rejected to allow me for travel so ti suffred a lot and even they not refund my money & worst customer service
I had experience with them this year. I cancelled my ticket, and they have refunded the fare even though the forwarder already confirmed the refund from them. They have the worst customer service team compared to any other.
We booked through Flight Network on a round trip and when departing Cambodia last night we were advised the flight had already departed 3 hours prior our scheduled flight. We were not given any notice and according to the Flight Network app the flight was still scheduled to depart at the time we were given. We spent approximately 4 hours repeatedly trying to make contact with Flight Network's llive chat which was extremely unhelpful and logged off after approx 4 mins of chatting with each agent. We would then have to start another chat and explain the situation. Flight Network were extremely persistent with advising we needed to cancel the flight and stated they could not reschedule despite different flights leaving the following day. They have still not resolved the issue and have not confirmed a refund or confirmed if they have even contacted the airline directly to action a refund. They just send an automated text regarding charges that are not refundable with the airline.
The cost of the flights was over $3,500 and after several attempts to seek assistance or guidance we still have not been advised of the outcome of a refund.
We are now out of pocket of a further $3500 for new flights.
We were left stranded in an airport in Cambodia which closed at 10 pm with no accomodation, wifi or access to a phone line. Despite a 24/7 live chat this just added to the stress and frustration due to the agents being incompetent to manage the situation at hand along with being incapable of communicating effectively with their customers. If this was a vulnerable person or someone who was not familiar with technology or had the financials of booking new flights this would have had a severe impact on the person.
Please avoid at all costs and book directly with the airline to save yourself both your money and sanity!
Book a ticket with them but when you check in at the airport that is no booking record found in system. When you contact them, than they send you the check in booking number. But is too late, counter closing at 10 only left 9 min to check in. Make me miss my flight and they not refund my money.

Don't expect the amount reflected on the site is accurate or that they will answer your questions or concerns. They do not take accountability for any experience that their customers might have. They have no interest in taking any critique to better the experience of their customers. Very disappointed and will NEVER use them again. Just another big corporation that has lost site of the individual experience. Don't fool yourself, they really don't care, as long as they have your money.
