Slow customer support response. Contacted it to cancel a flight, but failed to connect. So I contacted the airline to cancel directly. But then the refund went to flightnetwork's bank instead of mine. Then when I asked for the refund from flightnetwork, it wanted to charge a service fee. Totally ridiculous because it didn't help me at all in the cancellation.
I don't know what else to say other than it's a complete scam. 400$ down the drain. DO NOT buy a ticket unless you want to waste your money. DO NOT get flexible ticket…. Nothing about it is flexible. I had booked a flight and airlines has changed my flight timing. I was not okay with the airlines timing and so I requested for refund.
I called customer care, sometimes they kept me waiting for longer and they didn't even cancel. I called airline to tell the same airlines clearly told me you are eligible for refund without any cancellation fees. They helped me to cancel and told me that your travel agent will pay you.
Even after so many days they are not even properly responding that when they will refund. Just telling us keep waiting.

Avoid Flight Network (SINGAPORE) at all costs. They have charged me SG$500 more than the actual airline fares for the seat reservation, checked in luggage and hand luggage. Flight NETWORK is basically robbing customers by overcharging these type of services. I asked for a refund but they are not willing to refund the money. Lesson learnt, it was my fault for trusting them but do not make the make mistake and do not use this company, just buy the tickets directly from the airline. Their charges are totally abusive.

I had 2 letters in my passenger's name that were reversed. Even after explaining that I'm dyslexic, that I didn't realize the mistake until it was pointed out to me, Simram K. At Flight Network said there's nothing they can do unless I pay the $56 fee. No compassion. No understanding. Completely disrespectful to those with disabilities such as dyslexia. I'll never support Flight Network again.

I bought a ticket from them almost 2 years ago, I had to cancel my flight because I got COVID, I contacted the airline to cancel and they immediately cancelled my flight and refunded the money to Flight Network. Still today I am waiting for my refund from them. They keep telling me they are working on it and that they will escalate, however, nothing is happening and I am tired of wasting my time, but I refuse to let them keep my money. This is them robbing me and it's not fair! I would definitely tell you not to book through this company.

Booked fligths to Europe which included a direct flight home to Montreal. Some weeks later, we recieved an email telling us that our direct flight had been changed to the flight from hell, one with a 10-hour overnight lay-over in Brussels. Called Flight Network and the friendly customer service man told us that we could get our original direct flight back. That was untrue. Four days later, with no confirmation having been recieved, we emailed FN. Even though the direct flight was still being offered on their web site, they informed us that it was no longer available. Again, a false staement. The next day we called them. Our initial direct flight was still on their web site. Another customer service guy told us the flight was "not available." I pointed out that I was staring at their web site and the flight was clearly being offered. Got some mumbo-jumbo explanation and a "not available." I responded, "Ok. How about the flight with only an hour and a half lay-over in Paris?" Response, "Not available." Asked for another flight that was on their web site. Same response. It should be noted that these "Not available" prononcements were uttered instantly. He took no time to consult his computer. These were clearly lies as our initial direct flight and the others requested were all on the FN website.
So, you can avoid a lot of aggravation and bother by not purchasing tickets from Flight Network. And, if they do go bankrupt, their beleaguered employees will almost certainly find new jobs at another company, one that doesn't force them to lie for a living.

I am not usually writing a review, however I think this agency "FLIGHT NETWORK" is not appropriate to still run or function. As this agency are just deceiving people and making the exciting travel moment to stressful and horrible moment. I booked my flight last JUNE 2023 and My Flight is on SEPTEMBER 2023, after 8 days I received a notice that the layover hour was changed to only 30 mins and they are insisting that I need to cancel and rebook again. I told them if they could help me for an alternative flight hours and they kept on promising me that they will escalate and ask for an authorization from the airline. Fast forward, 3 MONTHS AFTER! I DID NOT HEAR ANY GOOD NEWS FROM THEM! UNTIL YESTERDAY I RANG THEM HOW MANY TIMES AND I EVEN ASK FOR A MANAGER/ SUPERVISOR CAUSE I COULDN'T GET AN ANSWER BUT THEY COULDN'T PROVIDE ANY. AND WHAT THEY STILL WANT IS FOR ME TO WAIT AN AUTHORZATION FROM THE AIRLINE. I KEPT ON INSISTING THAT MY FLIGHT IS ALREADY NEXT WEEK AND THERE IS NO REASSURANCE YET. I ENDED UP CANCELLING IT AND ASK FOR A REFUND. WHICH I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY WILL. I AM VERY EAGER TO COMPLAIN THIS AGENCY AS I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EXPERIENCE THIS. Booked tkt through flight network and cancelled for some personal reason. I approached this agent for the cancellation. As per them they can't cancel or any modifications. I have to approach directly airlines. The agency used their email account and credit card information for booking. For my difficult to get the full information as it is not mine for the verification. Somehow I have managed to reach the airlines to cancel the tilts for 4 passengers. Which is the total amount 2100AED. After the cancellation the airlines refunded approx. 900 AED to the agent. It had been more than 4 days the agency didn't come back to me for the refund amount. When I asked the agent, he said that they will charge 162 AED per passenger for doing nothing. So I will get 300approx. I want to give negative star instead single.
I've been waiting 2 years for my $1400 refund due to covid cancellation.
Flightnetwork has said Qantas only refunded $504 of the total amount - which they received.
After speaking to Qantas, they said the entire amount Was released back to flightnetwork.
So it's obvious that Flightnetwork has received a full refund, but are only partially refunding the customer, and pocketing the rest.
I tried to rebook my flights, but was told I would need to pay over $2000 in fare difference... even with $1400 in credit - the actual plane fares were $1420! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I am an avid traveler and a frequent flyer. I was delighted to find good deals on Flight Network, but when a family illness prevented us from traveling, their customer service was atrocious. I verified that taxes and fees would be refunded by calling the airlines directly, but the cancelation had to be processed by Flight Network as the travel agent, and they charge exorbitant fees for cancelations, wiping out any and all potential refund for customers. Avoid them at all costs and book direct-- I will never use this company again!
I requested a refund for my ticket since the 29th of June 2023 they sent me an email that within 48 hrs the refund will be credited to my account, now its been almost 1 month and am calling every day either no answer or long term waiting on the phone call and everytime they tell me that my previous colleague escalated for the payment and you have to wait we cant tell you when the money will be refunded and they are so rude as if am cadging from them
