It's unclear whether this is the SAS official website or not. It's actually unsettling. Getting the phone country code to stick was difficult and annoying.
After I filled out everything before the credit card number, including seat selection, your site bounced me out saying the flight was no longer available. I had to go back in again, and got the very same flight.
I am from israel i took my grandson to a trip to madrid by booking.com as i always do, i was this year in tbilissi and in batumi. But unfortunatly the air company you work with air europa cancelled my trip for three persons my husband aharon miller, my grandson aviv meshel and me -n booking ref number: ux/qd73bz.
So i ask if they will fly to israel they said that yes so as they propose to postporrn the flight i accepted and booked another flight on the 8 of november 2024, the cancelled tis one too so i as for refund they said that if i booked originaly from booking i have to contact booking for refund and this is what i am doing more or less 20 days, every day. What do you thing about my "experience". I called it a no human experience

I could not find a way to put in TSA recheck and would be helpful if it is one of the fields.
Also, the site nickel and dimes for services that should be provided especially since this is a business class ticket.
0 stars, totally incompetent, no flight info, call and stay in hold forever, Otherwise "I will book you again" just re-pay and "nothing we can do" are their responses, wrong info (boarding time is actually 2 hours before the flight), so many hidden fees so you MUST pay extra even for the boarding pass after you paid for the flight, confuse your case with another...
The upselling is awful, there are so many ways and places and methods that they try to upsell you on ridiculous services like live agents at the airport. Wtf. You expect the ticket purchase process to be view, confirm, pay. Done. But no. There were dozens of upselling landmines placed along the way, all defaulting to Ageee, which you have to switch off, say no, say foff. I would never want to experience this again.
I was working on a reservation and it timed me out and when I went back in all of a sudden the price increased. Also I don't think it's right to have to pay more to have SMS updating on our flight status. I think it the duty of Icelandair to give us courtesy updates.

Be careful! This Flight Network site for booking flights is very misleading in their prices. After accepting the price per person for my family of seven people, entered all their information, along with my credit card info for payment, a pop-up screen appeared stating the total price had now increased by over $100. It's so ridiculous how the price can jump in such short time, appeared to be their scheme to lure you in first with the low price and jack up the price after you have spent time entering all your personal info. Very disappointed with this travel site.
