Wow! You think you reserved a plane ticket, then you get asked if you want to pay to have your flight information texted to you, or pay to be able to speak to someone on the phone a bit faster, and then pay A LOT more to actually get your seat (what was the ticket price for?) - this is not for an upgrade, it's for the seat you just paid for (business class)! I've never experienced such nickel and dime-ing, though it cost way more than nickels and dimes to complete the purchase - hundreds of dollars extra to get what you supposedly paid for in the first place.
I ACCIDENTALLY ENDED UP ON YOUR SITE WHEN LOOKING FOR SAS. I BOOKED RESERVATION WITH SEATS AND OTHER ADD ONS. WHEN I REALIZED I HAD NOT BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES I CANCELLED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BOOKING. THERE WAS NO CLEAR MENTION THAT THE $44 NOT REFUNDABLE. FOR THOSE OF US BOOKING IN US WE ARE USED TO 24 HOUR CANCEL POLICY SO YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS MORE CLEAR. I WILL NOT USE YOUR SITE AGAIN

I call as I made a typo on a return date. I had first contacted airline and was directed to get in touch with you guys. They assured me that the airline has a policy which included cancelling the flight within 24 hours just simple get in touch. The first assistant the worst ever. He was very difficult to understand with his heavy accent. He denied my request falsely stating policy, etc. I contacted airline once more and then back to you a second time. Far better experience with the agent promising a change by email shortly. After several hours I have not received. If I get it things will be fine. The 2nd agent was good. The first was horribe.
I bought two tickets from Vancouver to Orlando at Flight Networks.
After a couple of weeks I received an email from them saying that the company had cancelled my flight. They offered me a terrible second option with layover of more than 10 hours. They said I could also request a refund.

Everything was pretty clear, I am just kind of SHOCKED that every single little thing costs extra, including booking a seat. I did not so so on my Transatlantic flights with SAS... figuring I am small enough to fit anywhere, even if I HATE being in the backs of airplanes.

It's a one-hour flight from Show Low (AZ) to Phoenix Sky Harbor, and it shouldn't take screen after screen of options to look at and decline all of the unnecessary up-sells... It should be: [1] Pick the flight [2] How many bags? [3] Pick a seat... All of the other screens, like trip insurance, airline bankruptcy insurance, flight canceled by airline insurance, etc., all seem to be revenue grabs without a lot of substance or time-value added to the customer experience... Hopefully the flight will be scenic, efficient and enjoyable!
