The website and ability to book was straightforward and easy. My brother booked a flight, and when I went to book the same flight, it was under another carrier. I had no ability to choose seats, etc. Where the one star comes from is the customer service. Not only did the chat individual (probably a bot) seem to have multiple conversations going on, she could not answer my question and could not connect me with a supervisor. I was supposed to get a call back and never received one. Extremely frustrating. Terrible experience.
I have been happy working with FlightNetwork to plan a trip to Norway and Sweden with my four adult sons. I want them to see where their great-great grandparents came from and meet some of their cousins. At 84, I may not make many more trips and am so glad to now have our flights from Boston to Evenes and home from Stockholm taken care of.
Very easy to navigate and reliable, I liked it is simple and this is the cheapest i can get price wise.
You guys are a scam. You steal money. I will sue. You should reflect on all the terrible reviews of your company

A friend had to cancel to correct a name error (and was charged to cancel because customer support was unable to make the change) - she chose to book with the actual airline.

Incremental seat fees are annoying. Add them to the fare to make comparison to other airlines easier.
