I was checking out and the price jumped $500 more saying the price 'just' changed... when i went back to search after purchasing, the price shown is still the $500 less price. Feels a little bit like a trick and i didn't appreciate that.
As both my flights (Ank-İst and İst-Ank) were cancelled due to weather conditions, I was waiting for payback from Flightnetwork. But no payback at all...

I booked a flight and realized instead of august 28th i was suppose to put in 29th. I realized immediatley and called you guys 2 minutes later to change. You were charging amazing fees to change. Literally 2 minutes later. Totally wrong. Very disappointed
Your site is confusing and ridiculous. You try to sell everything at 3 different times which is very confusing. And the costs for everything are outrageous. Paying for a special seat is one thing but just paying for a seat is outrageous. Perhaps you need an area where you can lay on the floor for free? Get your act together…start a new trend developed for the traveler.

I ACCIDENTALLY ENDED UP ON YOUR SITE WHEN LOOKING FOR SAS. I BOOKED RESERVATION WITH SEATS AND OTHER ADD ONS. WHEN I REALIZED I HAD NOT BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES I CANCELLED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF BOOKING. THERE WAS NO CLEAR MENTION THAT THE $44 NOT REFUNDABLE. FOR THOSE OF US BOOKING IN US WE ARE USED TO 24 HOUR CANCEL POLICY SO YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS MORE CLEAR. I WILL NOT USE YOUR SITE AGAIN

Way, way, way, waaaaay too much upselling. Like airline insolvency insurance are you f'ing kidding me? There's like a dozen upsell things now. Reminds me of the SNL skit where they come out with a shaving razor with 5, no 6, now 7, 8, 9, 10, then there was 11, you didnt think we'd do 12, introducing the razor with 13 blades!
I didn't like that everything EVERYTHING is extra extra extra. Even basic stuff like having boarding pass emailed to me. Terrible experience.
My flight went up $600 as I went to check out because of high demand. I feel like it should stay at the quoted price for at least 15 minutes.

I have never had so much trouble booking a ticket on SAS. After I was all done booking and selecting seats and paid for it all and the ticket was confirmed I was disgusted and disappointed when I a few day later received an email telling me I coiled not have my booked, paid for seats. I still want my old seats back and await an email from you to tell me so. Ann Reilley
Everything was pretty clear, I am just kind of SHOCKED that every single little thing costs extra, including booking a seat. I did not so so on my Transatlantic flights with SAS... figuring I am small enough to fit anywhere, even if I HATE being in the backs of airplanes.
The process was a bit cumbersome! A lot of boxes to check. All seats had an extra charge. I'll wait on the other two stars until after the flight!
So far great connection planned at affordable price. I plan to work for the airlines so I am hoping that my travel and return will be joyfull.
Ok, but no seat choice option on long flight is not good. Also, to have to click on "no, thanks" for all the other services is annoying.
