I book the flight to San Jose from LAX on February 20th 2025 for 5:20AM flight. They asked me to close the page and wait for confirmation e mail. The email did not come even after 12 hours. I can not contact any body because I do not have confirmation or order number,
They sent me e mail asking for feed back and my credit card is charge $d 83.69
I need help immidiately

After I filled out everything before the credit card number, including seat selection, your site bounced me out saying the flight was no longer available. I had to go back in again, and got the very same flight.
Easy to follow instructions. It was easier to booking a flight from Kigali to Chicago Ohare international airport.
Web site was easy to navigate and purchase ticket. This required to purchase, and pay were made clear in the instructions.
We were referred to this airline for a flight we need to take from Lisbon to Rome. Found the flight we wanted and 20 minutes later we are booked.
The amount of upselling add-ons is annoying and the process of booking a flight took a very long time.
Just my opinion: but it really looked like an exorbitant amount of baggage and insurance scams.

This site was first to show up on a Google search for Iceland Air and redirected me to a booking that seems anything but legitimate. Not realizing the error on my url, I booked a flight that may or may not exist!
I love the way everything is structured, it was easy to follow and it took only about 10 min to book the flight
I could not find a way to put in TSA recheck and would be helpful if it is one of the fields.
Also, the site nickel and dimes for services that should be provided especially since this is a business class ticket.
Incorrect final price appeared at payment. System stop final sale and sent be back out to rebook. Proper price second time.
Very awkward and difficult to use. Stated price is deceptive because of all of the added fees. I am guessing that, when we get on the plane, they will charge for oxygen.
I paid for a higher level ticket so I could reserve my seat on Iceland Air. But now when I want to choose my seat (a) it was very difficult to figure out how to do it, and (b) it seems I need to pay another $11, then another $25. I chose my seat but wasn't able to see whether it's confirmed or not. Very unintuitive and also seems like bait-and-switch. I just went through the same process on Delta and it was very simple and no hidden charges.
Wow it was so easy, quick and efficient! I tried using another top rated booking site and it did not go smoothly! So im glad i stumbled upon yall everything went amazing!
