I made an error in my flight from Istanbul to Crete. I wanted to fly into Chania but chose Heraklion by mistake. Paid for tickets and realized 10 mins later that I made a mistake. I called and tried to cancel so i could rebook. They told me they could not cancel as it was not same day. Literally 30 mins had passed since i made my booking. They said they had to escalate. I got a response via email some 18 hours later telling me that it would cost me $200 to cancel.

We found the website unusually frustrating to navigate. After booking out flights we wanted to go back to the trip details page to add flight insurance and weren't able to do so. That was disappointing but unless we started all over again. So we left the insurance off and hope for the best.
Unfortunately, you do not say up front how many extra costs are going to be involved. I never would have bought a flexible ticket if I knew of all the added costs. I am on a strict budget, so adding money for everything except walking on the plane is rather discouraging. You ought to list all the possible costs up front.
I like that I can be at the airport in Vero Beach, Fl in 10 min. I would like it if you continued summer hours to Stewart Newburgh. It is easy to make my arrangements on line.
