Stay away from this company like fire. When you need them for a small repair, forget about help. I had a letter mixed up on my ticket, I contacted them a week before the flight, how complicated can it be? Bottom line, they ruined my vacation, they just made me nervous between opaque representatives who recited texts from a computer to me, sent me more and more links for additional payment, promised and swore to me that it would be taken care of and I had nothing to worry about and... they didn't take care of it. I was on the phone with them for a whole week, stressed, nervous and anxious. They lied to my face, they couldn't provide such a simple service response and tried to take advantage of my situation and extort more and more money. See their brilliance

Trying to complete the passenger information page was ridiculously difficult. Whenever it went back to something I had left out, it deleted something else and I had to go back and put that in again. Also, your prices for baggage and seats are outrageous. Makes an inexpensive flight cost triple, so it's NOT inexpensive.
