I *thought* I was booking through Icelandair, because I had clicked one the airline's website, or so I thought. It appears now that Flight Network was using Icelandair's logo to lure people in. They did advertise a good fare, but there was a whole list of add-ons, including $2.99 if I wanted them too send me my booking number via SMS, something that airlines do for free as a service. Flight Network also made me pay for my seats. When I later checked with Icelandair, I learned that seats were included in the ticket price. I'm just crossing my fingers that all goes well with my trip. But I've learned my lesson and will be sure in the future that I'm dealing directly with the airline.

I was booking on Cape Air. I had to look up their number to ask a question because the number on your site sent me to an unintelligible travel agent who knew nothing. I had to call because there were no details on the baggage rules - size/weight-on the site. Once I did that when trying to check out I was assaulted by page after page of additional fees including insurance if the airline went bankrupt. It was terrible.

Flight cost is high after adding the a la carte items for checked baggage, etc. Too many added cost items to select from! Confirmation is not automatically emailed, an asking for confirmation to be emailed did not work. Low cost fares are no longer available because of the added cost items. Not attractive to fly Norwegian, except there are not many airlines that service KRK.
