There are so many upsells it was awful. You also charge for every single thing and deliberately make it obtuse to turn down extra charges. This is not a budget airline but the website is worse than the budget airlines. Completely outrageous.

I booked air ticket. But so far ticket copy didnt received. Poor customer support. Will file a case sure. In email they told that ticket will be received in 12 hours. Customer support asked me to wait for 72 hours. Travelling in 2 days. What is the use of waiting 72 hours!?!

I bought tickets from Tbilisi to Belgrade via Warsaw. I have Russian citizenship and when I heard that some Russians are not allowed on Polish flights, I decided to cancel the trip at the same day. I left Russia in March 2022 and did not return, I do not support the war, but it seems absurd to me that this should somehow worry the border guards on the Polish side if the flight is transit, and I am simply at Warsaw airport without a visa, waiting for my flight Belgrade. I learned that I can not buy an insurance, so I wanted to cancel the trip an hour after i bought the tickets. Chat is unavailable, and calls are not cheap at all. So i payed the 43 fee for cancellation, i can not buy another ticket because a refund may take up to 2 weeks, and I payed for the call as well. Thanks for nothing, here's 50 usd for it.
I had booked a flight and airlines has changed my flight timing. I was not okay with the airlines timing and so I requested for refund.
I called customer care, sometimes they kept me waiting for longer and they didn't even cancel. I called airline to tell the same airlines clearly told me you are eligible for refund without any cancellation fees. They helped me to cancel and told me that your travel agent will pay you.
Even after so many days they are not even properly responding that when they will refund. Just telling us keep waiting.
I had to book ticket from other airlines and ended up paying higher amount because of date very close to festive season.
Price for my booking on the Turkish airline page is 533.3 USD. I consider the 719.24USD very expensive

Flight Network is the worst travel agency in the world. They are scammers. They received my refund from Air Canada but refused to give me back my money for almost 3 months now (see screenshots). Anytime I call their customer service which is based overseas, the poor guys read to me some scripts and said they're working on processing the refund. Run away from this travel agency as they are nothing but scammers. Don't ever book a ticket with them as you're screwed if something goes wrong.
Yesterday i decided to try FlightNetwork, I booked my flight went in my inbox to check my booking confirmation and realized I made a mistake on the departure date. So went back on the website and booked another flight with the right date and called them to cancel the first one, and got charged almost $45 all of that in less than two hours, knowing I was still in the 24 hour window. $45 is nothing compared to what i have spent on flight tickets from December to know almost $5000 to be exact but.This is the first and last time with FlightNetwork.
Charged extra for a flexible fare and when called to make a change was on the phone for nearly 2 hours twice and no one ever answered just a very irritating hold message saying their customer service will be happy to help. Absolute rubbish. Gave u and lost my money now seeing how I can get this terrible company taken out of business.
Poor online support. It seems they are using cheap AI services. Most of the answers are nonsense. Phone not attended after many tries. High charges for cancellation. Think 10 times before you book through this company. The company deserve negative rating instead of one star.
