The policy of not allowing a "downgrade" of a ticket is absured. Had biz class seat but need to fly home day earlier. But as no biz class available earlier date, ticket useless...cannot even be used to fly economy. Perhaps the stupidist airline policy i have encountered.
Flight Network shows up as the first Google result for flights. If you are quickly booking, you may (as I did) think you are booking through an actual airline. If you try to cancel for your mistake and receive a full refund the moment you find out that a ticket with the actual airline is $100 less ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER, you will be charged a $44 cancellation fee per person (which I'm sure is in fine print somewhere among the 300 other fine print clauses). No exceptions. This is absolute swindling. I went ahead and canceled because I would rather be charged $88 to learn from my mistake and NEVER deal with this company again than deal with a company that maintains and stands by such dishonest and deceptive business practices. Litigation should be brought against this company for misleading and unfair business practices. It is a complete enemy of consumer protection and fairness.

I want to inform you that in my life I did not see like this procedures, while I buy a ticket online immediately after they take their payment they send me the ticket with my receipt directly immediately, so I don't know why you put me on hold and you Already took your money from my account? It's not good. I have been waiting for the tickets and my receipt please, as long as you take your full money I mean the payment!?
I was disappointed to learn I could no longer use the American Airlines site to book my flight. I found Flight Network unfriendly in that it did not reinforce the idea that I was doing business with AA, gaining points, etc. And, more importantly, I was unable to choose my flight destination and return flights separately. Instead I was forced to scroll through endless possibilities to find a pair (depart/arrival) that met my needs and budget. The site also lacked clear distinctions between different levels of fair: econmy, economy plus, etc. Looks like a money-saving move to met. Very disappointing.

I was shocked at all the charges for every little thing. This is the first and last time I'm going to use this airline and your "service." Using your website, a reasonable $250 flight swiftly becomes a $400 flight. Awful. Also, it is not clear on your pages which airline is being booked. It's fine that it's Scandenavian Airlines but this should be made clear on every page.
Easy to sue - got the flights I wanted. Not fully happy with paying money to reserve a seat but I guess it is what it is
Never book tickets through Flight Network again. This will also impact the credit of Cheap flights.
Can't get in touch with support for changes I click on support and the website does not come up.

In future will purchase tickets only from a travel agent.

We thought we were directly scheduling a flight with Iceland Air, but somehow we were hijacked to the Flight Network site and were charged us $60 more than if we had directly booked with the carrier. When we went to cancel the Flight Network tickets 5 minutes after booking, we faced a $90 cancelation charge. A scam!

There are so many upsells it was awful. You also charge for every single thing and deliberately make it obtuse to turn down extra charges. This is not a budget airline but the website is worse than the budget airlines. Completely outrageous.
