Poor online support. It seems they are using cheap AI services. Most of the answers are nonsense. Phone not attended after many tries. High charges for cancellation. Think 10 times before you book through this company. The company deserve negative rating instead of one star.
I can't believe they even have three stars.
They post a "Self-transfer Guarantee". Our flight was late and we missed the connection. I called right away and even got an email that states "you are entitled to a refund. We request you to kindly reply to us and advise if you had used any bookings so we may assist you with your request accordingly."
I call, get routed to 6 people, put on hold 7 times for 56 minutes. Each rep puts you on hold, researches your problem, and comes back only to transfer the call to a new rep that does the same thing. One rep doesn't know what the Self-transfer Guarantee even is and just transfers me again.
It's a crazy scam. I'm confident they have no intention of following up on anything.
I thought I was going through SAS's website, but ended up coming over to flight network somehow. No idea how that happened. Trying to find my flight confirmation via SAS and there is no reservation in my name or with the booking number they gave me. Not sure if I just got ripped off or not.
The tickets can be cheap, but it's impossible to connect with this company if you have a problem or want to make a change. I held on an overseas call for over an hour and still didn't get through. The worst thing is they stop the music every now and again and you think you've got through but there's yet another recording. Awful.
Their policy is to answer emails within 3 days. AVOID.
I purchased my sister ticket last dec 26 and on the same day i cancelled it.they said i will.get my refund after 14 days but its almost a month nothing happened.i contacted them on thier live chat and email but no one responded.dont trust this site.your money will be wasted!
Do Not Book with this company. Arrived at airport to find my flight cancelled without any notification. Impossible to contact. Still trying to get a refund. Will just fob you off and hope you forget about it. They need to be stopped legally with a class action. I'm
You may save an extra $20 at the start with them but they're selling impossible flights you will never be refunded for. That's how they make their money being the cheapest option, you're not saving at all you're being robbed in broad daylight
Totally inflexible and wont refund me excess baggage they charged me on their ill designed website. You get charged both ways for excess luggage when we only needed excess fees one way. Customer service totally useless. One guy was working out of his family compound, chickens and family members screaming in background so unprofessional!
Their customer service and service policies are shady and unclear. I was overcharged for a ticket change without a clear explanation of the additional costs and was cut off during my complaints with their phone support.
They refused multiple times (calls) to provide a transparent breakdown of the costs and once I even had to wait 1 hour to get through just to make a request which should have been available via other communication channels.
They also do not have any proper email feedback channel. They only reply via a no-reply email address to answer any queries, shutting down any further clarification of their answer and I have to reopen another chat to ask the same thing and provide a complete history of my request/inquiry.
It was the most frustrating experience I had with any travel so far!
If it was possible to give them a zero or negative rating, I would. I booked a ticket for a family of five through this website. They issued a confirmation number but only sent out three ticket numbers. I was charged for five tickets, though. We were unable to board a flight because of that and were not able to contact their customer service for a refund either. I ended up spending an additional $1200 by booking tickets for my family through the airline directly. I am still trying to reach flight network. I suspect their customer service is not manned and they put on soothing spa music till you give up.
Stay away! This was the response when I tried to seek a refund.
"I acknowledge your frustration but we already provided all the information we have. I regret that I will need to disconnect this call, which is inevitable due to many other customers waiting in our queues. We are doing our best in order to help you. Therefore I'm going to disconnect the call, thank you for understanding"
Avoid them at any cost, they are definitely fraudsters and scammers. They will cancel your tickets without any warning and will not refund your money. I am surprised why the Government or other ticketing sites have allowed this company to operate.
I have been waiting for my refund ($5400) for the last 8 months. Their customer support phone number has stopped working now. I sent them hundreds of emails every time they say they are waiting for the money from the airline.
I never dealt with a company like this in my life before. Never ever make any booking with FlightNetwork. I am not sure even this is a real company or a scammer.
Up until now we've always been happy booking with FlightNetwork. When our flight was cancelled last December, I received a refund after three calls. However it has been unbelievably frustrating trying to claim for my husband. To date, I have made 12 phone calls and 6 live chats with no success.
Have been informed variously that:
- the flight was not cancelled (incorrect)
- that my husband was a no-show (incorrect)
- that a refund has been issued (incorrect)
- that my claim is being process (incorrect)
- that my husband has not yet cancelled the flight (incorrect)
Who has the time ( hours and days) and/or the patience ( on one phone call I detailed my request and was transferred six times before giving up) to go through this process repeatedly?
Fortunately, there is very little money involved because I am worn out from trying to make this claim for money that is owing us. This experience has soured me against ever using FlightNetwork again.
I had to cancel my flight last year February 2021 and flight network have sent numerous emails stating they will refund the money and extorted £60 extra from me for a speedy refund. They still have not given my refund of £500

Thieves and dodgy operator. Will never book again. Booked flight to Nz Aug 2021. Airline cancelled flights. Requested refunds and was told to wait. Waited no response, follow up no response. Response, told to wait more. Raised credit card dispute and was outside the timeframe by bank. Call air nz and no reference of the booking. They also advise that agency must deal direct but last correspondence advised me a reference number (that air nz does not have) and for me to follow up directly... Absolutely the worst online agency platform I have ever dealt with.
Booked a return flight from Melbourne to Exmouth. One of the legs of the itinerary was delayed, then cancelled.

- these guys were close impossible to get hold of.
- there is a number to call, but you'll be on hold for hours, and then when you do get to talk to someone they redirect you to another department where you get to wait more. And this cycle continues.
- if you book with these guys, you will loose money and possibly get stranded.
Horrible, never received an e-mail confirmation or an itemized receipt, however my credit card was billed.
Omg I wish I had a better way of letting people run a way from this scammer company. Okay so where so I start really because I feel so frustrated about these stupid people wish I could see them face to face. I booked my flights from Canada to Australia with this creepy company. The flight was then cancelled. What enjoys me the most is, it's been over 6 months now, no refund no a single communication about why I am not getting my refund like for real.
The last time, I used to call them, the customer service guys have no clue. Apparently they were refunded by the flight company but I do not understand why they keep my money for 6 months long. Honestly I am still waiting in limbo until now so please please be on the face side. It's hard now days to tell where the company is located and yeah it really sacks because I do not know where to complain.
