Placed Order July 2nd. Order has not shipped yet - as of 7/17.
Called and was in automated 'loop' for 1/2 hour and still didn't get to talk to a person.
Am attempting to cancel my order and have my CC refunded.
I ordered on the 14th of June and still did not have my filters on the 13th of July. Was told they were not in the warehouse. No one bothered to call or email me. Order was cancelled. Poor service!
Two weeks to get filters out they say are in stock. Wont let u cancel an order because of it. Terrible customer service. Dont order from them

I have always purchased filters for my Omni system from Filtersfast. It was easy, just log into your account and press reorder and they send them to you. This time when I received my filters they did not fit. Same numbers. After waiting for over and hour I was able to talk to a person at Filtersfast. Bottom line, Omni changed the size and Filtersfast is not responsible. They won't take them back...$78,83 worth of filters that are of no use to me.

I have been buying a/c filters filtreet and under the sink water filters for omni. Filters. Omni has 2 different style in the CB3 filters. Purchased for 8 years Last year the sent the style that works with my otc32 I ordered another set later in the year it was the wrong size. This year I ordered two more again the wrong size. It should be cb3A as omni updated their design. This company failed in customer service we can't take an open pack filter. Well how am I to know if the filter will fit. This is why I go to a company that has my records and showed that I was sent the cb3 last year. Returned as their records show one but credited for two. Odd that have that on record but again pulled the same thing. Such shoddy service from the people in the know I guess their business is too big to handle what has been sold returned and a customer of 8 years usually do not change their spots as they say.
I needed a 9.5x9.5 filter. I out this in my search on the website and it told me the 9x9 would work. This is incorrect. Now they wont take them back since I tried to use one. SO they dont sell what I need and wont refund me. Not cool. Go to filters-now. Much better all around!
I purchased GE compatible filters from FiltersFast and they damaged my water filter head resulting in a $225 repair cost. FiltersFast has refused to provide a refund. I'd highly recommend staying away from this company.
This company claims to offer both OEM (orignal, branded) filters and equivalent replacement filters. As one might expect, the branded filters are more expensive. I ordered the branded filters, and received "equivalent" replacement filters. It is fraudulent if they offer OEM brand and then ship you non-OEM goods. If you want OEM parts, look elsewhere.
EDIT: To give them some credit, they did offer to take back and refund. I asked for, and received a refund for the price difference instead; too much hassle to ship them back. I stand by my comment: don't expect OEM brand items from these folks.
They sent me the wrong item. They insisted it was the correct item even though it had a different item number and model number and the filter they sent didn't even list my appliance as being compatible. Their online return form kicks you off before you can submit it ( each and every time). I was on hold thirty minutes when I tried to speak with customer service and then got kicked off their phone system. I IM'd them and they lied and said they sent a return shipping label. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, and I still have the expensive wrong item they sent me and no refund! Worst online experience I have ever had!
Have a problem with your order? Be prepared to sit on hold of up to an hour. I am not joking, as this happened to me on 3 occasions. I was sent a defective filter, which took ONE MONTH to send me, despite them charging me the day I ordered it. Then when it arrived it was defective and I'm now stuck with it. THE WORST COMPANY ON THE INTERNET!
I placed an order for filters for my refrigerator last year, May 2016. Due to them being out of stock for 3-6 months, I canceled my order at that time. Friday, 4/28/17, I received a package from Filters Fast that enclosed the filters I canceled LAST YEAR (2016). Today I received my charge card bill and these stupid jack-wagons charged my card $65.25 on April 5,2017. I canceled my order A YEAR AGO! What kind of business is this? Obviously they only staff idiots! Yeah, this will hit social media! People need to be aware of such incidents and discouraged to purchase anything from this vendor!

I ordered air filter. I explained that I just bought house and needed a certain size. He said no problem. Of course it is the wrong size. Their returns are a nightmare and have no "sent wrong order" on return form. Everything they list is a mistake a customer makes. Then they charge you $8 for a label to return it. All correspondence is form letters. Stay away from this rip off company.
Ordered filters and received confirmation email from this awful company. The email actually showed a picture of the filter with the correct sizes. Low and behold these were not the filters that I received. They graciously are letting me return them but of course as a horrible company they are not offering to cover the $19 shipping fee, EVEN THOUGH THIS IS COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Order a pack of 3 filters for my refrigerator and didn't like the quality of the water after trying the first. Returned the other two for a refund, except they said I only returned one! The package weight when I dropped it off at UPS said 2.5 pounds; one filter is not 2.5 pounds! They essentially ripped me off. Would never trust these dirt balls
Ordered a filter for my fridge based on the specs on filterfast's website. Their " customer support" page is klunky and confusing and contains errors. So I thought I'd call the company ( took 1/2 hr to find their number, which they meticulously hide from the customer because they HATE inbound calls and do everything to avoid them. After being on hold for close to an hour, I finally opted to send in an e-form, but the descriptions off what info they need relates to damaged filters, not incorrect ones. They don't even have a template for receiving incorrect filters, as if that never happens, right? Blatant customer-hostile culture prevails. They don't even have any corporate location info in case you wanted to write a letter- they HIDE very well, and for good reason. A culture of zero-accountabilty. All they do is send autobot e-mail generic responses. I will NEVER trust my $$ to these knuckleheads again
I, like most first time customers, back four years ago, was so excited about Fiters Fast.com, that I recruited for them every time I saw anyone carrying a filter in Lowes, or HDepot. Then they suddenly changed their business model to using a "gotcha" website about a year ago. Started going up on pricing, on items I regularly bought from them. Stopped using "phone in" customer service, started charging for return label emails! EIGHT DOLLARS TO RETURN A FILTER! I could go on, but you get the idea. They really have taken advantage of their success. It's time too kick their business ELSEWHERE! Don't aggravate yourself! There's plenty of other companies out there for us to make successful. I just hope they don't get too big 4 their britches like FFast.com
