I needed two filters that were no longer being made. I found the recommended replacements in the easy to use website and they were both delivered quickly to my home. Both filters fit perfectly and are now at work doing what good filters do... filtering!

I placed my order on 8/14 using previous auto order. When the order was acknowledged, I realized that the water filter was for my previous fridge. I immediately, 8/15, sent an email and attempted to call the number given. After 20 mins of waiting, I reluctantly pressed the * for a call back. No call arrived during business hours. I again called, unable to get through and sent another email and again advised that it was the WRONG water filter and to cancel the order. I received an email saying that it was impossible as the shipment had gone out. NOT TRUE! To date, 8/22, I have not received the water filter, I did receive the air filters. No notification of refund. Nothing from Filters Fast.

This company has an excellent stock of filters, priced at slightly below what the mfr websites charge. I've had no problems with the service. Shipping is a tad pricey.

I have an automatic order set up for my filter and when FilterFast notified me it was due to be replaced they offered a quick service which I took. Worked great no problems and their notifications kept me up to date.

Packaging weak

Product arrived in one piece, but the box was about to split open. There was not enough dunnage inside the box and the filters were moving around inside the box, and one corner was popped open.

I have been enrolled for almost 2 years now and then suddenly this time my order did not arrive. I logged on to find out if there was a problem only to find that by purchasing the filters through auto ship I was being charged $20 more for the same items if I simply placed the order in the normal way. I have tried to contact customer service via email and text but have yet to receive a response. They have however contacted me to ask why I have cancelled my auto ship with them! I will NEVER purchase anything form this company again!

They tricked us into "Auto Ship" then make is IMPOSSIBLE to get the refund. The package I returned to them sat at the Post Office until it was finally returned to me so I had to start the whole process over again... DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with this company. They do not care about their customers & I am sure any positive reviews are fake. BEWARE

Just ANSWER the PHONE!

They don't list their phone # on their web site - *******458 - which means you have to go searching for it. But, don't waste your time, because no one EVER answers the phone! They say they offer a call-back option, but I wouldn't trust that to happen, either! So, I chose to PM them through Facebook. I instantly got an automated reply which still left me waiting. I texted them at 9:20 AM today, Friday, and have been waiting for a reply to my question about the amount I was refunded for an unopened, returned product. So it's 2 pm PST and I decided to try calling again. They're closed. And not just moments ago because they're located in NC, but HOURS ago! They close at 3PM EST on Fridays!
They still had over 2 hours to reply to my PM, but here I sit. Still wondering why the amounted credited back to my CC is $29 less than what I paid for the product. I know they don't refund shipping costs, but that should be a factor anyway since I covered the cost to get the item back to them rather than pay them $8 for them to provide me with a label! That's fairly outrageous, right? Could it be a restocking fee? Maybe, but $29 is a tad steep, no? So rather than crossing this item off my list and being done with FiltersNOTSOFast, I get to wait until sometime next week when they decide to get back to me. The best way to handle this would be if they could just ANSWER THE PHONE and provide me with an explanation, but that's not how they do business. And it sucks!

Horrible

Ordered 2 different types of filters from them. Went so far as to give them the numbers off the filters. Tried to speak with a human which is what I always prefer, but impossible. They sent both filters wrong. Tried to call again and only got a message to leave my phone # and they would call me back. They never did. Cost me S&H both ways of about $16.

Rude and arrogant

Company shipped me an incorrect filter. They are impossible to reach by phone so I was forced to use their extremely difficult and customer unfriendly third party customer service app. Everything there is check the box for the generic issue. I asked for a refund and a return authorization and gave "incorrect product" as the reason. They not only refused to refund the outbound shipping, they charged me an additional $7.99 for a UPS call tag without my permission, claiming I did not opt out of the call tag charge. They further stated that I should not have used the website for a refund, stating I should have called instead. I tried. It's nearly impossible to get them on the phone. After an hour of hold times on several occasions I was forced to use the online form. When I finally got them on the phone the CSR was rude, arrogant and offensive. He kept talking over me and said it was all my fault. He finally agreed to refund the charges "as a courtesy". When I complained about his attitude he said "I gave you a refund, not what more do you want" and he hung up on me. This company is only interested in a sale. Otherwise they want nothing to do with their customers. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ordered a range hood filter from this company and they sent the wrong filter. I called customer service and they blamed me for the error. All I know is I put in the model of my range hood and ordered what came up. I spoke with customer service and they arranged a return and a re-order of the supposedly correct product. After a 2 week wait, the new filter showed up, and it arrived in a very large box. It was the wrong filter again!
In cleaning my home, my wife thought the box was empty (tiny filter in a big box) and threw away the filter with the box. Now I am out the money for the filter. I will not buy here again!

Very bad customer service... as others have said it is impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone... left message once and actually did receive a call back. The next time none and got email response but 3 days later and no more correspondence. I received the wrong filters the 1st time and 2nd time the box and filters arrived "smashed"! Definitely will NOT purchase from here again after this issue is resolved.

Don't buy from these people! Horrible service and will not answer phone call, they put you hold and then keep trying to use the call back feature and they say you will receive a call back that day. Three days later... no call back. I have placed a phone call for 3 dayss.
Terrible service!
