FIRST, they broke my case of wine. I did not know they damaged the package and had returned it. The web service said DELIVERED and signed for. What they left out is that it was delivered back to New York instead of to me in Florida. Second, they delivered a large tall box and stood it up on my porch. It was windy and blew over and damaged it. THIRD, I ordered furniture and it was supposed to come on a Friday, then delayed to Monday. It never showed. Now it says delayed but will be delivered by end of day today but it is still sitting in a warehouse 45 miles from me. Since I have been planning to leave today on a trip, I'm now sitting here with no way to talk to a human and just crummy service and a crap web site that a donkey designed. I have my days with UPS, but they are generally competent. Sell FEDEX Short... they will go the same way as Boeing by concentrating on shareholders instead of customers.
I ordered seven packages paid for 2 day shipping it is now been 11 days and I am still waiting on some of the packages they have suspended refunds for late or missing packages when I talk to management they didn't care they didn't care one bit. Do not use the service it'd be faster to drive anywhere in the country to get your packages then use their services
I handed overt package on 22 April 2022 and it was delivered on 26 April 2022. I paid 56.22 for express delivery, but it took 4 days to deliver. If I send via Canada Post, I just need to pay less than $10. I called customer support and one representative told that I will get refund whiting 5 to 7 business days. But I did not get and contacted customer support after 3 weeks. Now they are telling they do not have any procedure to refund for delay delivery.
Good luck getting your order, and the lies about it being there the next day are incredible. They are the worse delivery carrier. I was told delivery on Tuesday, five days later, nothing. They can't find the package. I cancelled the order from the shipper and will never use their delivery services again. Sat at home for four days as they needed a signature...what a waste of vacation time.
I had a 40lb box of meat delivered to my apartment building in which the box clearly had a perishable sticker visible to Fed Ex. They never rung my bell to let me know they were here and left it in an unsecured area in 90° F weather. After three phone calls to customer service I was finally told the truth that no one was coming nor was I getting a call back. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer this way. My meat sat downstairs for five hours. A family member brought it up for me.

They leave stuff outside by mail box.

If you want your packages dumped on the side of the road instead of at your house so that people can steal them then Fed Ex is the right choice for you. Not just once or twice but 3 times in a row. Calling them is a waste of time as they will claim no knowledge of anything. I now ask every merchant what shipper they use and if it is FedEx and they for any reason cannot use another company I will cancel the order and find another merchant that can use UPS or USPS (how sad is it that the USPS out performs your company?). The ones that have had to replace the stolen goods have told me that this is becoming more and more common with FedEx. Take my advice and demand another shipper or not as you please, some people enjoy substandard performance I have no time for it. Even the replacements were done the same way which shows this is standard procedure and FedEx has no interest in performing differently. They cannot deny the photos.
Yet another package I was expecting that was shipped using Fedex has gone missing. This is not the first time this has happened to me with items I had purchase that were shipped using Fedex. How totally disappointing that this shipper continues to exist. I'm so sick of this shipper loosing my packages and that's putting it politely. Fedex really need to do a better job screen the people they hire and certainly a better job at providing a decent & dependable delivery service that folks can trust to use. I can tell you, I would never ship using Fedex when sending and from this point on, if I want to purchase something where they only offer Fedex Shipping, I will definitely elect not to purchase from that company and shop elsewhere.
Extremely slow and their tracking is wishful thinking on their part! The world on Who's time? Over three days to move less than 300 miles and they might get the address right the last time they delivered something i had to search the neighbor hood at the suggestion of customer service to find my package. Frustrating to do business with them from now on i am changing my package delivery company.

FedEx has claimed to have delivered my husbands wedding band. Keyword claimed! I have been home everyday all day and nothing has arrived. They are saying it was signed for but refuse to provide me with that proof. All I can say is I'm now missing a wedding band and will never use FedEx again.
This used to be the best delivery service. Now, deliveries take way longer, they leave my packages in my driveway instead of by my door. They never ring the doorbell to notify you a package has been dropped off. And my latest package was placed on the truck at 6:30 am on Friday for delivery that day. Here we are Sunday afternoon and my package still says "on the delver truck for delivery today" 3 days on the delivery truck is a bit ridiculous, especially when they dropped other packages at my house on Friday and Saturday. I've been appealing to companies I do business with to stop shipping with Fed ex. What a disgrace they have become, and they don't seem to care at all that they are seen as the worst company.
Every time I'm expecting a FedEx delivery I get an SMS notification saying that there was a failed attempt to deliver the package for no reason. Then I have to figure out a way to get customer service to tell me where my package even is, which might take about a week.
Extremely disappointed.
Fedex is less than credible as an organization. How can we trust a company to deliver goods we pay for when they are on the news for their drivers kidnapping and killing children and they are "losing" packages that were supposed to be delivered in town when we know they are straight stealing them. Absolutely ridiculous
Had a terrible experience with 9648 Kenwood Rd Blue Ash OH ******* location. The person at counter was very rude for answering a simple question. Had the impression they don't want customer coming to the store to use their services. The people at the counter need to understand without customer they have no business. Would be better to start treating customer bit better. Its not like they offer service for free nor charity.

The company representative calls without letting you speak, interrupts you when you want to explain, cuts you off and hangs up.
They don't answer e-mails, call centres are useless, children are crying in the back ground, roosters are crowing, the representative hardly speaks English.

Horrible, just horrible service. I get it- we are coming out of an pandemic, but really, shipments have been late consistently.
My family is using meal deliveries, and in five weeks it has been late every single time. Three times we had to throw out the food completely.
It is so frustrating to say the least.
We have reschedule the delivery and package was delivered on the previously described delivery date. It took us 5 minutes to explain the call service center the actual issue and then they said they can't do anything. I just lost the good worth 50+ euro just because this guys don't understand the meaning of postponed delivery.

Tracking my package every 12 hours my package moves roughly 150 miles... in 3 days it has moved 350 miles... what a joke. It has 1,500 more miles to go... it will never make the delivery date if the driver keeps stopping for coffee and doughnuts. Worst f%_$ing shipper ever.!
Contacted fedex to inquire about possible discounts for shipping for our business. Was told a sales rep would call within two days. After 5 days called again and was now told that they will only call if they think it will be worth while.
How fedex gets any new business is beyond me.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
