I had an order that was supposed to be three days ago. It snowed and yes it's cold but I am 73 years old and have been outside in it and driving in it. Fed ex will use any excuse not to get your package there in time! Will.use.alternate method next time! Boo fedex
I mailed an envelope to a friend in Hartford, CT from Sanibel, FL for next day delivery scheduled for noon. It cost $78.47. When I checked tracking at 12:15 p.m. the day of delivery, it said there had been a failed delivery. Seems the driver got to the gatehouse and turned around and left, not asking for entry or calling my friend to let him/her in. That's what you get for $78!
Returning an item from Rock Auto using their label printed on my printer. Dropped off at DG Market a Fedex pick up location. A week later it apparently hasn't left DG Market. Filling out a claim I am required to supply ship to address which I don't have, not my label. Address should be available through tracking #. Rock Auto apparently doesn't have a telephone because I can't find one and the ship to address isn't available on website. Really a pain to complete a form without required info.
I live in an apartment complex with a gate the driver pulled up saw the gate around my apartments then sped off, no attempt to deliver! The kicker is our drive thru gate is broken so it's wide open! Many of our walk in gates are broken too. Never again will I use FedEx!
My first time signed up the account with Bongo International due to few European countries do not ship goods directly to Canada. I am very pleased with Bongo professional service. I was being notified of the process of my inventory and delivery was quick. Their website is user friendly as well. Professional... thank you.
Horrible! Package scheduled to be delivered Wednesday even though it showed it was 6 hours away. Today it still shows its 6 hours away with no estimated delivery date and of course you can't speak to anyone when you call the customer no service line.
Driver backed in to my entry gates and pushed the pole over and i can not get in touch with no one this is crazy they have no options for property damage i seen him do it got his truck # and have it on video cameras but no one will contact me back.
Fedex has become one of the worse delivery companies in the last year. They have delayed packages I've paid express shipping for. They have lost packages that I had to follow up to be replaced. They have left certain items behind that should have been delivered with others causing a later delay. Very disappointing.
Your customer service center absolutely has no clue what they are doing. They lie to customers when a claim is opened and never call back. They know package was delivered to the wrong address and lie Saying they would retrieve it. I myself had to do your job for you and after telling you where my package is... you send me to a survey about my experience. Here is your experience. I'm suing you for knowing where my items are and withhold them from a customer. For not having a manager on staff to handle upset customers that gave called for 3 days straight. For escalating to the point after 6 calls today and sent to surveys telling me I need to calm down or your hanging up. No wonder ups is better. You all suck.
Delayed for 5 days. Status changed to out for delivery, but never actually delivered. They said attempt made, but they are lying, I was home for the whole day, they didn't come. What a $#*! company with bunch of liars, wish they bankrupt soon.
I have been a member of the Bongo community for a number of years now and have found the service outstanding. I am often surprised that I can receive items here in Australia via Bongo faster than I can have items delivered locally. Consolidating of multiple deliveries is a very big plus allowing for more than one item from different sources to be shipped together. The choice of shipping from either East or West locations is also a great initiative. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.
I paid for two day air and paid extra for delivery before noon. The package was more than a day late and missed the recipient. I had to pay to have it shipped again, fedex did not give any refund not even partial or credit even though I could have paid a third the amount for the delivery time. Customer service told me that I would have to call back once my package was delivered to discuss refund, I asked if they would do anything and the rep kept saying they couldn't say. Needless to say after waiting again forever to get through on their call center, no they do not provide a guarantee or any sort of compensation when they literally don't deliver what you paid for. I do not recommend fedex for domestic or international services, I have had several issues with them and will go out of my way to not use them from now on. Awful company policies, service and customer care.
These people no longer talk to customers either phone or via chat. I guess that what their market cap is slipping away to other companies like UPS and USPS. Fedex has become an embarrassment to themselves.
Sender pays for next day delivery with Saturday delivery. Package arrives in my town at 4pm on Friday; FedEx decides not to deliver until Monday! They have my package & the power. Package needs refrigeration, but it's sitting in a truck 10 miles from me in 90 degree weather! Phone call to them results in ‘sorry' but no way for me to go pick up my package!
Wish I could get this company negative stars. They'll get a -10 from me for sure. They are so difficult to deal with. The system is so cumbersome, so non-intuitive and so not user friendly. Their customer service is poor at best and it is near impossible reach them. It is taking more than a month to get a small box from Florida to Toronto. One thing for sure, I will NEVER EVER use them again. Stay away.
OMG! They are absolutely AWFUL! Stay well away - they charged me a ridiculous amount of money, didn't label the shipment properly and now it is held up in my destination country. They don't take responsibility for anything! They even 'misplaced' my order and I had to e-mail them multiple times about it - USELESS - go with myus.com!
They delivery your purchase damaged... packaging all ripped up... placed on porch upside down with the arrow pointing down... and late on their delivery estimate... I will never use them again... or order from merchants that use them for shipping...
Fedex has lost multiple packages and damaged one of mine. They never take accountability or responsibility. In the off chance you can get through you get we have no clue where you packages are or when they will get there. They are an absolute joke and cost other businesses a lot of money by losing people's packages and they don't even care. I had one of my packages damaged because the driver threw it from her truck into my yard.
Seriously their phone service is the worst I've ever encountered. The system does everything possible to keep you from talking to someone. When are companies like this going to understand that we do not want to talk to an automated system. It does not help us at all. Stop being cheap asses and actually use real people for us to talk to
Appallingly poor service! One of our parcels - and we are long standing business customers - was delivered from the UK to Greece after 19 days... it was not scanned for 10 days prior the delivery, with NO ONE from FedEx able to offer any support, explanation or apologies.
We contacted their customer services over the phone, email and form on the website, no answers.
This is utterly ridiculous, disrespectful and unacceptable and we would not recommend anyone using FedEx for their shipments.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
