Flooring arrived quickly with no damage. Very happy with my purchase and most importantly the savings.
I purchased 2100 sqft of wood look tile and while I was concerned purchasing online, Clayton assured me that I was covered by both the manufacturer warranty and any damage that may occur during shipment. Well, my concerns were put at ease very quickly. Fast Floors delivered the flooring in 4 days and not one piece was damaged. I saved approximately 30% over my local store and I am very happy I made the decision to go with Fast Floors. Spending over $13,000, online, was very scary but going with Fast Floors was an excellent decision. I would highly suggest Fast Floors for your flooring purchase.

Product ordered and arrived quickly. Team from fast floors was great to deal with and very responsive to questions. Price was great too. I was even able to return the few left offer boxes. This is our second order, will use again.
When I called to place my order Jason quoted me the price per square foot for hardwood flooring. Being a responsible buyer for our company, I was doing the math as he was working up the quote and came up with a much lower total. I asked him to break the cost down he could not. When I confronted him about it there was dead silence because he had padded the final quote! At that point I asked to speak to his supervisor and was told that a supervisor wasn't there... No supervisor, sure (eye roll). When I kept insisting he hung up on me. I WILL be reporting this company to the BBB! They should change the website name to FastTalking instead of Fastfloors and potential customers should ask them to give an account for the quote they're given! Better yet, find a company that has integrity!

It's not surprising to me that since this unethical company lied trying to make a sale that they would lie in response to a negative review to try and redeem themselves. In truth, I was the one that was hung up on. I can certainly understand that he didn't want to be exposed for trying to cheat customers. No surprise there.
Price, quality, fast delivery were all excellent.
We priced flooring with local vendors and compared online for the same product for the best price. Fast floors were the least expensive by far.
We will definitely buy from them again.
I was interested in purchasing Bella Cera engineered hardwood flooring and wood trims. I found the product locally but the price was expensive. I went shopping online and found FastFloors. The products were excellent, the prices were better than found locally, and the customer service was great. They responded quickly each time I contacted them and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely recommend FastFloors to anyone looking for quality flooring products.
Please just do a favor and stay away from this company. They use deceptive sales practices and lie to make the sale. I would not take the time to register for the site and write this if I didn't feel others deserved fair warning. They sucker you in with great pricing and then lie about product branding and quality.
We have no information or any record of you purchasing anything from us so we suspect this is not a valid review. Also we've been in the flooring industry for 38 years and online for 25 years. We do everything we can to satisfy customers or we would not have survived as we have.
Had never ordered flooring on line before and would definitely do it again. Fast Floors customer support helped confirm the amount of flooring needed, price was better than anything I could find locally and arrived earlier than anticipated.

We were under a very tight time frame with the remodel of a Park City Condo, and heard heard good things about Fast Floors. Not only did they come through for us on timing, but the floors look amazing! We couldn't be happier with the product and the experience. We will for sure use them on our next project!
I looked everywhere for the perfect wide plank French oak flooring and finally found it at Fast Floors. Their selection of pre-finished floors was amazing, the ordering process was effortless and the flooring arrived very quickly and in great condition. My contractor remarked how beautiful the flooring is and when I told him the price he was shocked. You will not find the same quality for this price. They were very communicative throughout the process and even helped fix an issue with stain colors not matching for the stair treads. This is clearly a very thoughtful business which puts customers first. So if you need hardwood floors, do yourself a favor and shop at Fast Floors!
Greg was great and very attentive in helping us with ordering and delivering our flooring. We searched for this flooring for months and found it through Fast Floors at a price that couldn't be beat! We just had it installed and couldn't be more pleased with the product. We will refer business to them in the future.

I've laid vinyl floors in 3 rental houses as well as my own house and have always bought the flooring from Fast Floors. The ease of ordering, the free shipping, and the price which is half of the local stores, makes shopping with you a great experience. Also, when I have had questions, the telephone customer service has been outstanding.
Johan is excellent to do business with... answered the phone promptly every time and answered my myriad of questions with ease. Price was great, saving me thousands over local stores in my area and delivery was much quicker than expected, allowing us to get it installed and close escrow for buyers within 24 days. The Coretec longer vinyl wood planking is simply beautiful and waterproof too! I will be re-flooring my own home soon and will definitely order again from Johan. Thank you Johan!

I was very impressed with the service from the moment I called. Clayton was extremely courteous and professional. I was quoted a very reasonable price for my flooring, and it was delivered the very next week. I had a fabulous experience with Fast Floors and have already recommended them to friends.
I was under an installation time crunch and had to call to expedite the order, but Kevin Hudson came through for me with two day delivery of hard-to-find walnut hardwood. The quality was as represented and I've had no problem reaching Kevin and this company for follow-up questions. I would buy from them again and have plans to do so multiple time in the near future. Pleasant experience.

We always try our very best to make our customers happy as we have for over 25 years now. We don't have any problem with a customer speaking with a manager however in this case the manager was on another call. We advised the customer the manager would return the call but unfortunately the customer then became irate and abusive, then proceeded to hang up on our rep. We would suggest to this customer in the future they would be much more successful practicing a higher level of decorum.
