I was very skeptical about ordering online and from a company in FL being in WI. Salesperson Clayton was excellent in helping guide me through the sales process then handed me off to Brooke to process and get the order shipped. Yes, there was a few weeks for delivery, delays not on their part but because they were waiting for product at the warehouse. Product arrived exactly as promised. Would I recommend them YES! Will I buy from them again YES! Pricing was more reasonable that local dealers -including shipping costs.

I do a significant amount of online shopping and frequently read reviews in order to make a decision whether to purchase an item or not. I have never written a review of my own before, but felt compelled to write this because of the number of negative reviews out there. I was a little skeptical because many of the negative reviews were complaints about delays in shipping. I decided to take the risk as the price was good and we were somewhat flexible in the timing of the delivery. I placed an order for luxury vinyl tile on August 17,2020. The shipment arrived in proper condition on August 24,2020 which was in the exact time frame in which they indicated it would arrive. At the time of the order, they informed me that it would be 5 to 7 business days for the product to reach them and then additional time to ship from Illinois to Ohio. Further, I spoke with multiple people on the phone on different occasions prior to placing the order and all were knowledgeable and helpful. It is without hesitation that I give Fast Floors a 5 star review.

I ordered a sample tile. I was hoping to get it quickly, as the deadline for my project is fast-approaching. I had options of where to get it, but ordering from "FastFloors.com" seemed like a good idea. When I submitted my order, I received a notice that I would get an email when my order had shipped. A few days passed, and I got no email. In the days that followed, I submitted 3 emails, trying to get a status update on my order. I got no response. I finally called today and was told, "Oh, we shut down our whole samples operation." Why did no one tell me this? Why can people still order samples via their website? Why didn't anyone (especially you -- Greg Thompson, Customer Success Manager) respond to my emails? I lost a week and a half waiting for these people. I'm definitely not placing another order with them.

UPDATE: Wow -- this company can't reply to emails about an actual order, but somehow finds the time to respond to online reviews on this site. Crazy.

Thanks to the company's response below, I did find the email that the company sent, notifying me that my order would not be fulfilled. It was in my spam folder. I want the company to understand that I did check my spam folder back when I was expecting to hear from them, but I missed this email because it didn't come from or reference "fastfloors." The email was from a Christian Diaz at cgfloors.com. So when I searched for "fastfloors" in my spam, nothing showed up. But I concede they (or rather, cgfloors) sent it. What bugs me, though, is that they never responded to any of my emails asking about the status of my order. How hard would that have been? And why is their website even taking orders for samples when they have no intention of fulfilling those orders? It's telling that their response to my review ignores those problems. I am glad I ultimately bought my tiles elsewhere and avoided this company.

Hi Purchased almost 10,000 in floors from this co and what problems waited for sent me reducers but needed bull noses still waiting to hear back from customer service to get refund and return reducers they never called back. The long pole is still sitting in my living room I fell over it several times it's a disgrace never heard back after 12 r r mails and many phone calls when spending all that money you should call back never buy from this co fast floors they have my money and are a horrible co.
They owe me money.

I was looking for an online store that had a good price on Tesoro tiles when I found these guys. I checked out their reviews and liked what I saw, so I placed my order. SInce my time frame was pretty short and my delivery requirements were unusual, I did everything over the phone. Well, they came through and met all my needs: great price, quick delivery, and delivery method that worked for me. I was really impressed with the condition of the tiles when they arrived - carefully palletized and securely wrapped so that I had zero damage in transit. These are great people to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I just finished a remodel and highly recommend Fast Floors for your flooring needs. Matthew and his team were extremely helpful in helping me pick the best products for my needs and budget as well as walking me through the installation. I had planned to only replace half the flooring in the house, but I liked the product so much that I ordered more and did the whole house.

What a selection! HUGE! And so many styles, there is sure to be a match for every decor! PRICES ARE AMAZING!
The owners are hands on and their knowledgeable staff make the buying process quick and easy.
I live in FL, so I can go to their showroom easily, but I have also ordered flooring for our son in Austin TX. He got a great price, super fast delivery, and a the perfect product for his household (totally waterproof because of pool & pets).
We order flooring from these guys consistently, and have done business with them over the last 15 years. They are top notch, they deliver to our job sites, and have plenty of advise for every application and product.
The owners are very cosmopolitan, and they are up on all the design trends worldwide. This also makes their business very high energy and interesting to us as home decorators and renovators. You wont be disappointed!

The flooring is beautiful and it was delivered quickly. The sales representative, Kevin, was very punctual and listened to my needs. He was able to deliver in the time frame I asked and their customer service followed up with me after the sale. I was highly pleased with everything Fast Floors did. Most importantly, the wife is happy!
