Horrible Customer Service

If I could give them a negative rating I would. First off they do not offer samples. Secondly, their website showed a photo of (2' x 2') dark gray carpet with no color in the description. When the carpet arrived it was blue. We called and discussed with them the problem and asked if we could exchange the carpet for another color. They said that we would have to pay for shipping both ways and a 25% restocking fee. We talked to several different people in an effort to get the fee waived since we were exchanging the product due to their poorly designed website. FastFloors said it was the manufacturers policy and they could not do anything about it. We contacted the manufacturer and they informed us that they don't charge a restocking fee. When we told FastFloors this information, they said sorry, we will charge you a 25% restocking fee regardless. We sent the carpet back to the manufacturer, which is where it came from and disputed the charge with our CC company. Now FastFloors is claiming that we owe them the whole amount! Crooks and poor customer service are nice words describing this company. Stay away, far away. Instead go to * like we did!

Don't, just don't

Started off as a wonderful experience, should have known it was too good to be true. Discounts offered for amount purchased, discounted shipping, etc. Then... they couldn't find the flooring. After multiple calls from my representative, I told him to take a couple of days and find the flooring before calling me back. Boy, did that backfire---he didn't call for 2 weeks, then when I start trying to call him back, kept getting his voicemail. After 4 voicemails, called his supervisor, guess what, got his voicemail too! Called the main number and refused to allow them to send me to anyone's voicemail. Some man answered and informed me that my order was cancelled, and I was going to get a REFUND of my money. Funny thing the date and time of said cancellation was less than an hour before I called. No calls, no explanation other than some mumbo jumbo about not being to find the flooring. No phone call to discuss a possibility of trying another floor, NOTHING! JUST DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME--I WAS IN THIS PROCESS FOR ALMOST A MONTH...

Buyer BEWARE! I will never order from here again.

I ordered a few thousand dollars worth of material for a project and as luck would have it a mistake was made and the company is unwilling to accept responsibility. I don't have any experience/vast knowledge of the flooring industry so I called in to spoke with a sales representative (Christian) that should have more experience than I do. I read off the list of materials that I needed (as provided by my installer) and everything seemed to be received fine until I asked for the shoe molding. The salesperson told me that they did not have shoe molding for this manufacturer (Bruce, that matched the flooring I ordered) but they have quarter round in their system which is the same thing. I told him that based on my limited knowledge that they were NOT the same and I needed shoe molding to match the floor and molding I currently have in my house. Christian was adamant about them being the same, so I agreed to receive them due to the fact that they were in stock (I needed them quickly) and he said that I could return them if there was a problem. Of course, there was a problem, they did not match what I had, so I called back in to the store and spoke with Christian again. He was very irritated when I told him that the quarter round is NOT what I asked for. He told me, again, that they were the same thing and that if my installers did not know how to install them to match what I have that I should get different installers, then he said that there was nothing he could do and that I needed to speak with Leah to file a claim. NOW, they are denying the claim because they said the salesperson is NOT responsible for the orders and essentially is was up to me to know what I was ordering. IF, that was the case, the salesperson would have told me that they did not have what was requested and we could have just moved on but he fought for this sale. There was no offer/attempt to resolve the issue at all. Absolutely no regard for the customers needs. At the end of the day, they use strong-arm tactics with their customers and I lost $700 as a result. I, for one, will never use this company again and am spreading the word. Oh, and btw, their prices were not the best

The customer ordered quarter round which is stated on their invoice. We sent the customer Quarter Round/Shoe Molding that the manufacturer produces. The manufacturer only produces one type of molding for this installation. If the customer had current molding that was not produced by the manufacturer, there is no way for there to be an exact match. Since this customer received what they ordered, the claim was denied. Had the customer received the wrong product, we would have replaced the material for them.

Purchased 15k worth of flooring 4th of November. Almost Christmas and still waiting. Have placed many phone call regarding status of order. Have never received one call back. Fast floors claims order is processing. This company I believe is a fraud. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased 73 boxes of flooring and the shipping company rescheduled once, no showed on first delivery attempt and when they showed up 2 days later they only had 3 of the 73 boxes and no transition pieces on their truck. Took them a day to inform me that the missing boxes were located but that it would be another 4 days to receive it. This morning I called to reconfirm delivery and they lost the order AGAIN! 4 days of missed work and absolutely no help from anyone at this compan. I repeatedly called and emailed the sales person, Lacey the manager In claims and the
General Manager. Of the 3 boxes I received one came in completely damaged! AWFUL experience and suggest buyers to use anyone other than this company… they need to rename the company to LOST and NEVER FOUND Flooring!

I order my flooring in July 2021 and ask to have it delivered October 30,2021 I was reassured that that would not be a problem. The week before I was to received it I reach out to the sales person Robert Hinson who said yes my delivery would be there on the 30.As I waited on the 30 from 8 till 4 the next day I reached out to them and got no response left a message. The next day Brooke from customer service call me and I was mistaken that the 30 was the day it was to be in there warehouse and not to be deliver till next week.So as I wait till the next week Brooke contacts me Wednesday night to tell me that they are going to deliver the floor tomorrow and gave me a number to contact the delivery service. When I call the number Brooke gave me they said that my delivery was not today that they haven't even schedule it yet now they are saying Monday. This company can not be trusted and if anyone thing this was a small order it was11,000 dollars. The sales people and the manager pretend that they care about you then once they have your money your at there mercy and that's the reason there prices are cheaper than everyone else

I bought 600 worth of molding, My floor is a medium orange wood and the moldings came Dark Grey.

I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now and just counted the emails, I have sent them 26 so far. I have even sent them pictures.

For the flooring you get to review and sign off on delivery but for some reason the moulding didn't let me do that.

Beware when ordering from this company!

When I placed my order the salesman was very helpful. As soon as I had a problem he blew me off! I received the wrong flooring. The driver refused to take it back. It took 2 weeks to find my flooring. The delivery company was supposed to pick up the wrong floor and leave mine. I received no notification of delivery. They dumped the flooring at the end of my driveway when I was not home. Several boxes were damaged and several slid off the pallet. I still have the other flooring. The instructions I received in case of damage were useless. They emphasized making notes on the drivers paperwork. The first delivery was paperless due to COVID and I was not home for the second delivery. I will do a follow up review after this issue is handled if it ever is! What a nightmare!

I just ordered my floors yesterday and I'd like to specifically thank Jason, the customer service rep/sales person that assisted me with placing my order via telephone. Jason was extremely pleasant from the moment he took my call. He answered all of my questions and even asked me a few to ensure that we placed the correct order. What truly sold me is just before he finalized my orderhe wanted to double check what he called, "the good supply" to make sure there was actually enough stock to fill my order. Only after he confirmed the "good supply" did he place the order. On top of that, I had to call again today with a follow-up question and Jason talked me through their process and put me in direct contact with the specific person handling the next phase -- scheduling the shipping. My experience with FastFloors has been very good thus far. I will update my review after I receive my order. Thanks again for all of your help Jason!

Salespeople were polite and very helpful. After they received payment, the delivery company made 2 appts for delivery and neither was correct. When they finally showed up, they lost one item and the flooring was damaged. The driver left before we could inspect shipment and forged my name on paperwork, stating I received shipment in good condition. I have been attempting to resolve this issue with Fastfloors for 2 days, but they will only communicate by email. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the damage because the driver forged my name. Upon opening the boxes, most of the planks were chipped in ALL 30 boxes of flooring. Purchase 2/12/21; delivery 3/9/21

My wife & I started researching flooring options for our new home almost immediately after closing on the home in late 2020. After extension research, we choose Luxury Vinyl Planks from a well known manufacturer.
We met with local distributorss, scanned thru Amazon and Wayfare, and then various search engines.
There are lots of flooring guys online! I started to reach out to them one by one. Usually, the first contact was via email or their website form. Some would follow up with us quicker than others. Many of the salespeople were aggressive, almost reminding me of old school used car salesmen (no offense to the car guys). There were only a few that were persistent, but yet helpful.
This is where Jason at FastFloors.com got my attention. He responded to the web form with a phone call and an email. He was very patient with us, we changed our minds several times. He actually listened to what we were saying, and then tried to resolve it for us. He also balanced his follow up very well. We never once felt pressure to purchase.
The new flooring was delivered, right to my driveway, within 15 days. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. We had a GREAT experience working with Jason and the rest of the crew at Fast Floors.
In the end we chose the ADURA Max Apex LVP from Mannington. We started to install it this week (really nice flooring). I had to reach out to Jason again last night to purchase some additional trim pieces. He called me back promptly, and the order has been processed.

I am very pleased with the service provided to me by fastfloors.com in the process of ordering and receiving my tile. Jason Jensen, Asst. Mgr., was most especially helpful. The staff at CatalfamoGallery.com was also instrumental in my understanding of the order process. The tile arrived complete and without damage and as promptly as could have been expected, given the current pandemic atmosphere and accompanying difficulties for most businesses.
