They will sell you defective items and not allow you to return them! Worst company of all time. NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER

I always adored their clothing everytime I saw their advertisement, I finally had money to buy things Ive been wanting from this website. I picked out things I wanted and made an order, only to be emailed days later saying it was refunded because my billing was incorrect well if it was incorrect then how was money successfully taken out of my account? & it took days to communicate back with me which you can only do through email with them, the only good thing is I did get my money back but it took days of going back and forth and when it happened I researched and read sooooo many reviews Of the same thing and how people have gotten ripped off, I was really looking forward to my new clothes but everything they have is 99,9% out of stock and they dont tell you that until AFTER you place your order, I also recieved only one thing from them and it was a two piece crop stop and skirt, I am a size 3 in jeans and a small maybe medium here and there in tops I ordered a size medium in this crop too outfit a little worried it would be too big or baggy or hopefully it would fit just right but when it came in the mail I tried it on and cant even fit into the shirt! Their sizes are unrealistic and you have to be pretty much a size 0 to fit in anything. So with my rant being over I never got any of my clothes that I picked out which I think it was really because they didnt have half of them in stock but made an excuse that it was something on my part and their sizes are unrealistic. I always dreamt of their clothes because of how stylish it is but dont waste your time its all for the gram and celebrities they use to show off their clothing they could care less about anyone else.

Odered a pair of jeans from them may 09 2017 and recieved a tracking number and paid for 2day shipping it is now the 13th and ive tracked the package its still in pre-shipment and usps awaiting item ive also called them and they said fashionova never delivered the item to them but i also called fashiinova and they said they shipped the item to post office and i should get it within 10days of not theyll reship me the item IF ITS STILL AVAILABLE just dont waste your time and money on this site they are rude and thieves ive got blocked on instagram for asking about my package funny right? They sit on instagram all day blocking everyone that even complains about their item on their page but cant answer phomes and emails good luck to the ones already made a purchase with them im still hoping i recieve my jeans smh

I have ordered with this company in the past before many times and had no issue with them. I did two seperate orders in two weeks on the same card, why the order with the big bucks have to be flagged for fraud? So I did that was requested yadda yadda and havent recieved no word from the customer service agent that was handling my order since I have sent the correct information. So now I call my bank and they told me that they charged my card completely instead of putting the money on hold till my order was verified. I AM COMPLETELYYYYYYY PISSED THE HELL OFF! So now Im in this position where I have no clothes no money no minutes on my phone for calling long distance (Im in Canada) because they dont answer the god damn phone. I dont even want the package anymore because I know for a fact it wont reach in time for my vacation I just a refund (hopefully i get that because from these reviews they arent giving it) Moral of this story: just avoid this website regardless how nice they clothes are.

This place is a freakin scam and complete joke! They don't care about you, they don't care for your service! They just want to take your money! I'm so upset and totally ruined my day and my thanksgiving! They are so ungrateful for their customers! I wanted to buy two outfits from them this morning since there Black Friday sale came out and it was supposed to cost $32 and right when I was doing Apple Pay on it, it took the promo thanksgiving blackout code off and charged me a whole $65 bucks! So I contacted them thru email because they don't have a cancel order button or EVEN a gosh phone number! So I emailed and if they could just cancel the order and them explaining to them what had happened and all they said was once your order has been submitted we are unable to cancel. But you can return your items when you receive them and get a refund in the forum of electronic gift card. And you can use code blah blah for for 30% off of future purchases. AND MIND YOU ITS A LOWER DISCOUNT CODE THEN IT WAS FOR BLACK FRIDAY! All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the sale That's it! Then I found out their phone number and there "representative" said I could make another purchase and use the promo code again! You know what I don't want your stupid electronic credit. I don't want no more of your grimey company clothing in my closet. IM DONE! My friend has had an issue with them too by them sending her damaged clothing and refused to refund her. Why would I want to return my clothing and pay shipping TWICE As well as sending it back to you! & just to buy my items AGAIN. So ridiculous. Take your money else where. What a horrible company.

I started shopping on this site a while ago, the clothes are most part bad quality but cheaper than my bebe store, i have so many complaints,, firstable they take my money, they have a 30 day return policy and about 4 items i return they refurnd me back 1/2 of the money i paid, when I email them(because they dont answer the phone, Its practically disconected) they told me that the item is on sale now(wt#), i went to the site and the items where full price, I WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK, that is HORRIBLE,,, and also if you buy something and they are out of stock they won't give ur money back they send u a gift card (omg),,, prefer go to forever 21 if i want to pay less for my clothes and better quality, in other words TAKE YOUR MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE,,,, they wont refund money they send gift cards and no the full amount you pay for,,, i did a last order today just because i have 4 gift cards from them(from returns) but i am glad i am done, no more business with them GOOD BYE fashionnova go and take somebody elses moey

Basically, I ordered my BIRTHDAY outfit a week ago from them after DMing the ig fashionnova page and questioning them, and then confirming how good of a buy it would be they explained that if I spent over 75 dollars I would get free two day shipping and all that good stuff and I went and did as told because I wanted a fast delievery, turns out after I ordered my items they emailed me 4 days later saying oops we didn't have that item in stock not only that I didn't receive my refund! They want to only give me money in gift card form for there store which I don't want, and still to this day I have yet to receive my shoes, I emailed them and I have yet to receive an email as well as I wrote a review on their page and they deleted me instead of acknowledging my presence and how upset I was besides being very unprofessinal they have no customer service and their rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone but from here unless it's 3 months in advance, but again I hope you guys have a better experience than myself! Have a blessed day.
