Early in August I ordered a canvas for my wife for our wedding anniversary in mid- September. It's 3 days before our anniversary and all I have is the frame and no canvas. I'm crossing my fingers that the canvas is delivered in the next 48 hours.
I ordered this product on 8/12/20 and received a tracking number right away. A week later I got an email stating the product is shipped without the frame and they gave me options to choose from I chose to receive the frame and install it myself and they gave me a 20% discount. Here we are a month later and the tracking numbers yet to update I have emailed and called the company and nobody knows where it is or when I will receive it. The anniversary I purchased this for has now passed and still nothing to show for it I would like information on where my product is or how you are going to resolve this. Buyer beware!

My husband surprised me with 1 of these photos, the photo was absolutely amazing. He ordered a floating frame for it but it didn't come, it was an oversight which could happen to anyone. But they made it good within a day. They were very friendly & responded quickly. I highly recommend this company.
Let me just say I had super high hopes for this gift. I ordered a photo for my moms birthday with all the kids name on. Not only was it three weeks late but it also was damaged and had a hole in the canvas, I'll get it to them they said they would expedite me a new one and give me 20% refund (sounded great) it took them two months and multiple emails to figure out where my replacement was, needles to say they said oh sorry we never got your emails and no one has started a production so my email got more and more intense. I finally got a replacement which was also damaged ( completely warped wood, mostly broken and there are horrible lines in the canvas showing that it was not printed correctly) and they told me I couldn't get a full refund. I think it's absurd to pay the amount I did for TWO pictures that you can't even display.

Do not order the floating frame as they will conveniently have to ship it separately for you to assemble. Also make sure you order the background you want because even if it is not in production, you will not be able to change it.

Something isnt right wirh this company. I was very concerned to even order from them with the other reviews I seen and yet I did. I ordered a canvas for my son & his family who just retired from 20 years in the Marines and bought their forever home. When I received the package it was pretty damaged. The canvas was damaged as you can see in pictures. I contacted customer service Tuesday today is Thursday and my problem is taken care of. Not only are they sending a replacement canvas (which I didn't ask for) they are refunding part of my $$.

I had reviewed my purchase due to the braces on the back arriving unattached in 2 places. I didn't know how to contact the service dept. WELL, after reviewing I did find infor to contact. They have gone over and above to help fix the situation. The picture was perfect, the problem was fixable and they gave me a bit of a refund to make my time worth it. I glued the corner supports on back in and all is well. Great picture and great service. UPDATING A PREVIOUS REVIEW.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
