Gotten multiple emails about my order. Each one contradicting the previous. One early in the day says my item was shipped... Later in the day says it's in production. Got another email today saying it's shipped. This evening got an email saying since you've gotten your item already... please leave a review. Tracking now says tomorrow, but it hasn't even left Texas yet.

I got an email from them asking me how I felt about the items I had chose. I told him I had not gotten the items yet, so they went and tracked the packages to let me know where they were and when they would be arriving.
They made me feel like my packages were just as important to them as they were to me.

I'm writing this review because i was leary about ordering things of this nature from on line companies but i really wanted to get a piece done and they are legitimate and i was highly pleased with the out come of their product so much so that i shared it with my family and friends to encourage them to get one also for family memories i love it and it's mounted over our fireplace thanks again i guess when my daughter gets married next year I'll have to get another one and add his name thanks again.

Loved the print. But customer service is worst i ever dealt with. Was told my print was shipped 2 times, then call to company and found they were having a computer proble, they finally shipped the canvas to the wrong address. So I drove 6 hours to deliver it myself. Never again. They wont publish this review they only publish positive reviews;

I placed an order on September 6 for a gift for my aunt and uncle anniversary on September 24. I was told that it will be delivered on September 19th. No notifications sent to me telling me that their is going to be a delay.
They advertise one time frame and actually meet another. But, they never fail to send an email everyday asking you to buy something else. And if you send them an email, well... they are just to busy to get back to you.
So, don't order anything so it allows them to catch up on there orders. It's the right thing to do. They appear to be overwhelmed. So, let's help them out.
Made an order. They didn't send the frame that I paid for. They realized that then said we would send the frame to you and you install it. Over a month later and still received nothing, highly unprofessional and don't recommend!

I gave a 3 star review because there were both positive and negative results in dealing with Family Gifts Co. Short back story... I liked the idea of the family name canvas as presents for a family member and a friend so I ordered 2 at the beginning of Aug. As of the second week of Sept. I still hadn't received either one. I also ordered a floating frame for one of the canvases but I received an email saying that it wasn't put on so it was to be shipped to me and I would need to do it (I was given that option or a refund on the frame, I choose to install it myself). By Sept., I neither had the canvases, frame nor even tracking/order status info. Thru email conversation I requested a refund and they agreed and even offered to still complete and send my order, which I know they didn't have to do. I received most of my money back and finally did receive a canvas in a floating frame. So the pros... the company did work with me in a polite and professional manner to resolve my situation, I did receive most of my refund, I did receive one canvas, the canvas I received is nicely done. The cons... I had wanted to gift the canvases but did not receive them in time, my order was "lost" or some how not processed correctly, after saying for a second time that I would receive my order (which again I know they didn't have to do) I received half of my order with the frame installed on the wrong canvas that I requested. So, I had mixed results. Thus I can't slam Family Gifts Co with a 1 star "horrible" review but also can't give a 5 star "exceptional" review either. Whoever may read this review, I hope your experience will be more positive but also know that if there are any issues, they will work diligently to help get them resolved.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
