Fair is super easy and always stays on top of everything! I even accidentally almost finished a purchase agreement because of how easy it is! Love you guys!
This app provides a good product but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have had been on the phone/chat with them dozens of times and while all the reps are very nice
It would be nice to give to option to choose my location
Sometimes it will search the wrong vehicle. I. e. Typing in Kia into search
Hello. I've sent an email a couple days ago. I'm very interested in you guys service
No representatives available and the app has a lot of glitches. The app asked for my social multiple time and I hope that doesn't effect my credit score. The cars seem affordable.
Well it could always be worse. 5 star although it had a hickup they said contact us so we can make it right! At that point that pain is eased I like their style.?
I've heard about this app for a while and wanted to try it out. But after the app installed
Decided to try and order a car. After several days not hearing anything I initiated a chat with one of their agents who had no information to share. Several hours later my order got cancelled without being notified. Reason was that the dealer did not respond according to the agent. Five days have past since I ordered and I am back to zero. Looks like the future of easy car ownership is not there yet.
So I sign up for the fair app because they said that no matter what your credit score is they will get you in a car that's a lie I never once finance a car or had payments this app is a joke
Id like to be able to filter pickup and dropoff spots for only cars within a certain amt miles away.
I was attracted by the idea of little commitment to the car. However
I was extremely hesitant to get my car through this new Fair app- but I tried it out and was pre-approved! So lo and behold I seen a 2017 Jeep Renegade and they had the exact color I wanted. Low start payment and decent monthly payments as well. Do what you can afford! Check-out took about 10 minutes and the next day I received an email saying Everything was good you're leasing it and can return the car when you're ready to get a new one! Very smart and love the idea!***"
The concept of the business is great. Purchasing process super simple. They took my money and it allll went down hill from there. I was bounced around in the chat from 10am till 6pm with literally 4 different reps and no one could give me an answer when I was going to be able to get my car. They told me we have to wait for the money to transfer. I called the dealership and they said they had the money. So Fair lied to me. Great. Their post purchase "process" is horrendous. It's like they're figuring it out along the way. If it's this bad 2 days in - what's it going to be like once I get the car?! How am I going to be able to communicate with them if there's a problem or if I have a question?! I asked for a credit of my deposit for all the trouble they've caused and I got a response
Totally wasting time. Whenever I chose a car but the process is totally not fair. Actually it's so POOR."
Detroit Michigan is the motor city. Car capital to me. We have gmc
Not nearly enough info on the cars to make an informed choice. Search function is very limited. If you want to choose a dealer
What kind of car app asks for your social security number? Your phone number
My issue is I've waited over 48 hours just to check the availability of a vehicle and have heard absolutely nothing for days. Yesterday I contacted 4 different representatives from fair. I contacted someone at 4am with my issue
Had some issues with a few representatives and I saw some negative reviews
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
