The eyeglasses were spot on. Unfortunately they got damaged a few months later, and I couldn't navigate the site to get service. All I needed was the right lense replaced. However my prescription has changed and no point in repairing them.
The website is so easy to use and you are able to upload your prescription or send a request to your eye doctor electronically. I mistakingly chose the wrong contacts my first time which were not for astigmatism and Eyeconic caught it and informed me right away. They cancelled the order and I placed the correct one. The contacts came so fast! But I have to say the BEST is that you can pay for the contacts using Affirm! Every year when it comes time to get my yearly contacts I am always stressed coming up with the money. Now I have the convenience of an affordable way to pay for my contacts. I love it! Thank you Eyeconic!
It was a wonderful experience to buy though eyeconic as I have the opportunity to try the glasses on with the virtual tour and check different models out as well
Was a problem with my order that was my own fault in ordering. Eyeconics team quickly helped me re order my lenses properly and sent my glasses with the proper prescription. Will order again!

I don't really like this service, but the cost is just ok. The glasses are not really good as an inperson service and on 12/30/24 it took me 4 hours to order and try on glasses for my husband and I. Then, It wanted to charge me $400 as we used our insurance and I still do not know why I couldn't order changing our VSP provider. Not even sure if it'll work yet. I've ordered in the past, but have had to return as the sizes are SOOOO large. I will never order from this site again. So sorry.
I only wear my glasses at night or when I first wake up. It's been incredibly easy and convenient to order glasses and without trying them on or being in the store they've still been perfect. This was my first time getting transitions which has been very helpful when I do wear my glasses more during the day. Prices with my insurance have also been great!

I ordered my contacts on 12/18 after spending more than an hour trying to navigate issues with the website. I thought my order was complete but apparently for some reason my order was cancelled. Looking back at my email I did see a notice that the prescription was rejected but I have no idea why. If it's just because my name on my insurance is listed as "Mary Resman" and the prescription is listed as "Mary Jo Resman" this seems a pretty rediculous reason to cancel my order. Bottom line, I need my contacts and yours service is not helping me get my prescription filled. If you cancel it again I will take my business elsewhere and won't be back.

They need better pricing. Products are fine and website is easy to use but as a partner with VSP, they need to offer a better deal.
Did a good job on sizing and giving me the ability to virtually view how glasses would look on my face. The only part that was challenging was having to get VSP approval to provide my eyeglass benefit. I had previously bought a pair of glasses from another provider and I returned them and VSP took over a month to open up the benefit for VSP. Unfortunately, Eyeconic doesn't allow the VSP benefit to be used by verbal or written authorization only so I had to wait for VSP to go through a manual process to restore my benefit and it took over month.
Had some issues with my VSP giving me my benefit when I returned a pair of glasses from another provider. Unfortunately, VSP took weeks to reverse it out and show that I still had a benefit for 2025. Apparently, Eyeconic wouldn't take an authorization and the benefit had to be available manually available on your website and that took several weeks. The problem apparently lies with both Eyeconic and VSP's and I went weeks waiting on it to be resolved which was risky to be driving without glasses that could help me see.
It's very easy to upload your prescription and get contacts! No hassle and the website is easy to use. Contacts come very quick as well!
It's a little hard navigating through the website through a mobile phone. Other than that, I really enjoy ordering glasses from here. I ordered my glasses a couple years ago and now I ordered prescription sunglasses!
Have to reload multiple times to add new cards and upload prescriptions, have to try multiple browsers. Also should offer more discounts
It was very easy. I just logged in and my insurance was applied to the price of the products. I located the drop bar and choose "contacts". I chose the type I wanted (conveniently, there are filters you can use to narrow down your search) After clicking on the type I wanted the first step was to easily add a picture of my prescription. It was saved so I didn't need to add it the next time. Then payment method. Also saved so I didn't need to add it the second time. The hit the order button and done!
My frames were unavailable and this wasn't updated or disclosed at the time the order was placed. Had to wait for funds hold to be released before placing a new order. I'm not happy about having to wait longer and pay more for shipping to get glasses to me.
