An order can be incorrect and you are still able to place the order, get confirmation emails, and unclear information about why the order is incorrect. If there is an error there is no way to change the previously placed order - instead you have to cancel and place a new one.
I love that I can get designer sunglasses or eyeglasses by using my insurance and my HSA card. I appreciate the brand names and the payment options.

My last pair of glasses got held up for some reason, after you charged me... it took 3 phone calls and 5 weeks to receive my glasses. Please don't take so long again.

I made an error in the order previously, but customer service got me back on the right track and assisted me in placing the correct order.
At first it was a bit confusing but I got everything I needed.

I been using Eyeconic for 3 years and is way better to wait for an Optician with goals to make sales not focusing on your eye care needs! With Eyeconic you choose what you need with all their lenses options you have control, also gorgeous frames to choose from!
I uploaded a RX, said my glasses had been shipped, and then evidently my RX upload wasn't clear enough, so the only communication I got was that my order was cancelled. I could have reuploaded a better document had I known it was an issue, it just has delayed me getting glasses.
Super convenient! Exam was only $25 for a BI-ANNUAL exam accredited by real Optometrist! I hate having to pay over $100 for a YEARLY exam. For the same prescription! It's expensive & feels like those visits are a scam & only implemented to keep those companies afloat!
I would like a button to reorder the same prescription over rather than trying to remember the numbers and type them in and then manually match to a prescription.
I don't like that I can't reorder automatically by person. There are 5 people in my family and having to view every order on the previously ordered screen is a pain. Also, we do I need to associate a prescription everytime. Once you have the prescription can it not be associated with the person? So that when I am ordering for that person, you already have the correct prescription. The whole experience is just a bit awkward. If my vision insurance works elsewhere and another place has them in stock, I usually order elsewhere.
I wish there was an option to reorder each time without having to manually select the contacts everytime. The reorder only appears for my sometimes. Also, it seems that the contacts often are on back order so I have to order from another source. I would also like to see when the benefits were used. My daughter comes up as having used her glasses benefit but she hasn't had new glasses in a while. Would like to see when that was used.
This is my second year utilizing Eyeconic and loving it! They have easy returns and good customer service. To make it a 5 star it just needs more clear frames!

I have used Eyeconic for many pairs of glasses. I have a very high prescription and they can do what a lot of other companies cannot in terms of making lenses.
It makes understanding and delaing with vision insurance painless and quick. You just have to enter ur insurance information and it'll automatically apply the discounts to your contacts/eyeglasses. This is my second time ordering and i will keep using eyeconic! They also have designer brands such as coach, rayban, bottega and a great discount!
The eyeglasses were spot on. Unfortunately they got damaged a few months later, and I couldn't navigate the site to get service. All I needed was the right lense replaced. However my prescription has changed and no point in repairing them.
The website is so easy to use and you are able to upload your prescription or send a request to your eye doctor electronically. I mistakingly chose the wrong contacts my first time which were not for astigmatism and Eyeconic caught it and informed me right away. They cancelled the order and I placed the correct one. The contacts came so fast! But I have to say the BEST is that you can pay for the contacts using Affirm! Every year when it comes time to get my yearly contacts I am always stressed coming up with the money. Now I have the convenience of an affordable way to pay for my contacts. I love it! Thank you Eyeconic!

Was a problem with my order that was my own fault in ordering. Eyeconics team quickly helped me re order my lenses properly and sent my glasses with the proper prescription. Will order again!
