Excellent interface, love the virtual try-on! So easy to order and upload the prescription vs. having to enter every number of your prescription. Eyeconic lenses are crystal clear, clean easily, and for some reason, stay cleaner than other lenses, like they do not attract dirt. I have had 3 pairs of Eyeconic glasses and loved every pair!
I really appreciate also having a generic version of my name brand lenses. Prices have gone up on everything so that was great savings that I very much needed. Thank you!
I always appreciated the ease, however last year the prices were extraordinarily high -- especially since I purchase a VSP policy. It almost makes me wonder what the benefit is. I was pleased to be offered a generic brand this year, that brought my cost back to what I'd become accustomed to pay with insurance.

The virtual try-on was a great resource. I hate trying on glasses, and frankly, it's not a huge deal for me as I replace them so often, so doing it from my computer was helpful.
Polaroid sunglasses options seem to be very limited to just a number of different brands. It would be nice if insurance covered more styles.
I'd like more variety in frame shapes. Or, I'd like for sunglasses lenses to not change from pictured color (purple, red) to grey/brown for prescriptions. Site is very easy to navigate and filter.
Maybe it was my Chromebook, but this "fitting booth" would occasionally knock out the camera. I rebooted several times to reset everything. I eventually used a Mini-IPad for the photo fit, then used the Chromebook to order.

First off you say 120 off you lenses if you order 4 but it wasn't that you gave me the price after my insurance which wasn't the case last time. Also when I tried to directly upload a picture it never moved forward to shipping or payment I had to take a picture, save it to my phone and then still it took 2 times to get it ordered.
The website is very clunky, getting from the VSP site, needing multiple logins, entering the same information over and over. Also, why do I have to re-enter the prescription information when I have to upload a copy? That screams opportunity for error.
I used eyeconic because they are partnered with my VSP vision insurance. However, it's pretty scummy, in my opinion, that they clearly mark up the price of contact lenses because they know insurance is covering a chunk of the cost. The same lenses anywhere else online are $100 cheaper. Just feels like corporate greed to me.
I've ordered from you guys before therefore you should have my prescription and previous order in your system so I can just re-order if nothing has changed.
Eyeconic has plenty of options when it comes to glasses frames. Along with that, I appreciate that the site integrates with my vision insurance provider to provide an immediate discount based on my insurance policy. You can upload your prescription or put in your doctors information to get your prescribed lenses made. It's a very convenient way to purchase glasses if you're the type to want to shop without someone trying to sell to you, which is preferable to me.
I tried to order through my eye doctor ($400) and Walmart ($200) the same glasses that I got here for under $200.

Better customer experience if current and valid prescriptions are kept on file so you dont make your customers have to find and upload to reorder the same contacts.
If you got your paperwork from your eye visit all you have to do it's like for a glasses that you like put in the information from your eye doctor visit and place an order. This is the second time ordering. Simple easy fast and better price.
I could not complete check out until I backed out of the Shopping Bag and changed my payment method and billing address. It took me literally 5 tries and I had to re-add the prescriptions every time.
