I bought a electrolux central vacuum in april of 2020. My house was not finised until May of 2021, so i never had a chance to use it until then. Within an hour or use rhe vacuum put out smoke and set our smoke detectors off while my wife was on the other side of the house. Turns out the motor was defective and setting off sparks. Called evacuumstore and they said they'd warranty and send the motor out. On june 8, i called back and asked for instructions on how to install it and the vacuum store said they didn't have any and would not pay for labor. I never received the motor. Called again june 25 to check the status. No ETA or nothing they could do. Called waited almost a month and called in to check the status. No status. I asked if they'd back their product and send me a new one if i sent mine back. Their manager josh said he couldn't and the way they back their products is by providing a Manufacturers warranty. They will not assist you or do anything, even if your product is dangerous. Don't do business with them. Even for a 1500 dollar purchase, they will not assist.
I placed an order for a Dyson Motörhead replacement part mid June. It is now almost September and I still don't have it. Every time I've called they say the part is on backorder and usually takes two weeks to come in. I asked several times if anyone could do anything to expedite or find out what was taking so long. Everyone told me no and basically I was out of luckjust to cancel if I wanted. Finally I did cancel but the part is still on the website, no notice about backorders. I should've cancelled sooner but since I was getting a good deal I waited. Lesson learned. I won't try to order from them again.
I had ordered the KN95 mask on 02 Jan 2021, I just received the mask today, 16 Jan 2021. I do realize that the mail system has been overwhelmed due to the election & Christmas. The item was mailed out 05 Jan 2021. EEvacuum Store did get in contact with me & ask if I had received my mask. I have always received great service & products from them. I do highly recommend them.
Phone support was great, and I'm glad to be in touch with them. My particular Orick vacuum cleaner is a good model, but they don't make bags for it anymore, and I was really happy to find a source.

Ordered the bare floor accessory for my Hoover upright. Product is as described. However, had to make a slight adjustment for it to totally fit my stick.
Ordered on line and in a short period of time my order arrived. No problem during the ordering process, found the bag type with no problem. Confirmation was correct and quick.
Ordered a part still hasn't arrived almost a month later. I wouldn't buy water from these guys to put myself out if I were on fire and they were standing next to me with a full bucket of it.
I ordered a part for an Oreck vacuum on July 15th and paid with my credit card. I received e-mail notification that the item had shipped. After 12 days, I still had not received my order, and they had not provided me tracking info on the order that was shipped. I contacted them via e-mail to find out that the order had not actually shipped - it was "on backorder." Should ship in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, still no tracking number, and no parts received. "It will be another 2 weeks." 2 weeks later, no parts received and no tracking info. They then stopped answering my e-mails (sent them 4 requests for updates/info), and they do not answer their phones. Took my money and scammed me. It's now September 3rd - 7 weeks after paying for the part. Filing a fraud report now with Visa Security. EVacuumStore is a fraud - do not use them!
Price were retail, however availability was good. Parts installed with no issues. Would recommend. Eastern US Location plan for your shipping lead time.

I placed an order on October 22,2020. Provided a street address for delivery as directed by website. Store shipped via a combination shipping service that ultimately dropped the package at a U.S. Post Office that not only does not serve my street address but is in another County. Through tracking I learned on 10/27/2020 that the post office returned the package. I notified eVacuum through their website of this problem and received an automated reply that a "Case" had been opened. Never any further communication on my "case." I learned through tracking that the returned package was received by eVacuum on 11/04/2020 at 9:50 a.m. On 11/12/2020 after not receiving any credit to my account I called customer service and spoke with "Mike." He checked tracking and confirmed it showed delivery to them on 11/4. He advised he was sending an email and my credit should be through in a few days. Today is December 4th, a month since eVacuum received the returned package and I still do not have a credit. I called eVacuum returns and was told just because it was received in their warehouse on 11/4 didn't mean they processed it then. The man I spoke with exceedingly rude and still was unable to tell me when I might receive a credit. On October 22nd eVacuum had no trouble charging my credit card before shipping the product, but a month after receiving it back (due to their own error,) they have not processed my refund and have no idea when they will. At this point I don't think this can be attributed to poor business skills but rather fraud.

Ordered a vacuum bag using the PN. They sent a bag that wouldn't work. When I sent them picture of the bag I have, showing the PN, they gave me a "RA" number and told me to ship it back. The cost of shipping it back doesn't make it worth my time. I guess they got money from me, and I now have a bad I'll never use. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER!
