Unfortunately my PC arrived with a couple of issues, the graphics card did not work and the HDD was not secured to the PC case and so was swinging about in transit. In turn, this broke the cable connection the ARGB fan control board.
With all this a quick call to EStripe and all parts required were ordered and sent to me ASAP in order to fit and get everything working as required. PC runs great and the support offered for the issues was excellent

Price is excellent just delivery time was longes on 10 working days except delay everything was excellent

After order was placed, I had waited for two months to get the computer to be built. The delivery was really bad. They did miss the delivery date for two times and finally when I opened the package I found that one corner of PC case was damaged.
Still negotiate with E-Stripe customer service to get some refund for this damage. However, the people who is in charge of this case just ignore my email and so far hasn't come back to me.
It is really a bad experience to buy this PC.

A very good experience with my order from eStripe company, they kept me updated on progress, which was most welcomed. My order arrived as advised and I was very happy with the product.

It did take over a month but it is made to order so I think it is absolutely fair! There have been problems with graphics cards supply too so understandable that it took a bit longer, especially during a pandemic. Very pleased with my PC and how well it works! E Stripe kept in touch the whole way and you can track the build online which i found really helpful

Got my Bitmain miner very well packaged slightly longer than expected slightly longer than expected but everything was in perfect condition and whenever I rang up they were polite and told me where my miner was up to and when to expect it by, I would definitely recommend estripe to anyone buying a mining equipment.

Easy to use website with really competitive prices when compared to the competitors. Was provided with regular updates on my order and any questions I had where responded to promptly. Delivery was agreed on a Saturday which DPD failed to pick up but they ensured that it would be delivered on the Tuesday and refunded me the additional delivery charge without me even asking. The machine that turned up was in generally very well built with the exception of two of the fans being installed on the aio the wrong way round but overall really happy with the experience.

Really happy with the customer service when making changes to my order. I appreciated the updates throughout the building process.

Communication with EStripe was great, they responded to enquiries promptly, kept me informed when parts weren't available and offered alternatives where necessary.
The website/order status was really useful and constantly updated and my PC was built and delivered within the estimated time scale.

Computer works great and looks amazing, little on the loud side with the fans but other than that happy with it

Overall a great experience buying from estripe. Delivery dates got a bit confused in the very busy lead up to Christmas.

I don't know a great deal about computer components but the E-Stripe website made the ordering process so easy in terms of compatibility. I was able ti build a PC to suit my budget and tweak components up and down to get the most kit for my money. I ordered over the Christmas period and despite this the the PC arrived quicker than the average and was well packaged and arrived fully working. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have recommend EStripe to a friend who has just upgraded.

Estripe are an amazing company the process of getting my pc customised and built by the was vey wasy to understand considering this is my first gaming pc and folding know a lot about them. And they keep very informed with how the building process is going would highly recommending them to anyone that ask me anything about where to get a pc. Also it's great because they have a very good finance service for someone that can't outright buy a expensive gaming computer.

Website is clear and arganised, to order my PC was a piece of cake. I am not a PC guru but went through without any problem. Actually it was my joy to pick out each components what I'd like to put in the machine. From there on everything took off, quick and easy payment methods, confirmation. I got many emails from start to finish, so I knew what stage is my PC in. Customer service is excellent. Then I got a box, everything in it, each piece carefully packed. Took about five minutes to set up the whole machine. It was that easy. My overall experience: this company, these guys are working fast, making quality computers for less price than you can buy anywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range and flexible system for selecting components. I advise everyone who has never tried or still doubts.

Very pleased to find this business and their website. Putting together a custom PC to do what I wanted was made easy and clear. Goods arrived in good time and good condition. I thought value for money was excellent too. My only difficulty, and nothing to do with Estripe, was in putting on an alternative OS, as the wifi card interfered with the Ubuntu 20.04 installer. I include this info as it may assist other customers. All sorted now, and running like lightning!

Laptop's performance is good, however it does run very hot and is very noisy. Customer service was excellent throughout purchase. Recommended
