I had some assistance from a friend when designing my build but the process and direction from the website was generally straightforward. I received regular updates and emails with some set up instructions. I would definitely recommend Estripe to anyone looking for a custom build - though my needs were fairly low level (for business needs) compared to hard core gamers.

I ordered quite an expensive custom gaming computer for my son. The website helped quite a bit in choosing the components. A bit more effort can be made to make it more user friendly for non specialists. Other than that I am extremely happy with the customer communications once the product was ordered, how it was delivered and how easy it was to get it started. After almost a month no issues with the computer which makes me happy.

Great service, first time getting a built-to-order PC rather than building my own, price was great compared to buying all the components individually and doing it myself. Impressed with the PC design process and feedback on how the order is progressing, the 3D images of the build in progress is a nice touch. Overall extremely happy with the finished PC.

Ordered a low-mid range pc years ago and decided to upgrade with a newer build again, really pleased with how easy it is to build the items and the site really helping with part compatibility. PC arrived when requested due to a work trip and worked well but biggest highlight is the Staff member Michael Reid who I actually had assist me multiple times with getting a missing part for my external SSD and also to replace a faulty RAM card. He was super patient and understanding with me, really solidified my trust in Estripe as a business to come back to.

The online configuration process was straightforward, with good built-in guidance around compatible specs.
Good communication throughout the build process and delivery was on time and also well communicated.

The process from time of order was excellent. I was kept up to date with progress at regular intervals. Finally, I got to see a 3d image of my new pc. Delivery and packing was excellent and the machine is working flawlessly with all the peripherals I have connected to it. Mainly for MSFS2020.

Great machine, through the process of buying and build, they kept me informed all the way with various photos as each stage and then with instructional photos. Once completed I was unsure of the video card connections but after calling support, they guided me through what I needed to know.

From guided design to delivery, the whole process has been conducted to the highest standard as is the machine build quality. A perfect service and product experience.

It's always a scary proposition to part with thousands of pounds but Estripe filled me with confidence from the get go. Answered any question I had and honestly it was even better than I expected. I've had my new PC around 6 weeks or so and absolutely love it. Can't recommend enough.

My family have used estripe repeatedly over the years and recommended them to me, this is the 4th pc we've had over the years. Great service and a custom pc built within a good timescale and the machine is running smoothly with no hiccups. I'll definitely use them again as will the rest of the family

Estripe have been incredible, I usually build my own PC's however recently simply haven't had the time, the prebuild I got is fantastic, arrived on time, and was well priced for the specs. One thing that stood out to me was the packaging, the PC was packaged incredibly well, with lots of protection and padding to avoid damage in transit, I won't name names but I bought another PC from another prebuild company and the packaging was abysmal with half the parts ending up being broken.

I built the pc based off one of E-stripe cyberpunk pc specs. Communication every step of the way was great and delivery was handled with care. Been loving the PC since I got it all setup.

Easy to use with lots of options for personalising your PC. The form also guides you to make sure you're not buying incompatible or unnecessary parts. There are regular updates once the PC started getting built which was great, and once it was ready to be shipped it arrived quickly.

Customer service was great, I found the website easy as a first time buyer and not knowing much about PC's in general and having to do research the fact that they tell you what works together and what's best for what you need really helps!
The pc I got visually is amazing! I love the look, everything is clean in terms of actual cleanliness and how the wires were organised.
The setup was not too much trouble, but when I started up the pc applications were not working and it felt like windows was perhaps not installed properly… I had to get support from Microsoft themselves which was annoying as even though they ran through it with me & it was eventually fixed, I had to do a full reinstall of windows 11 and a lot of their fixes I could not do as the pc would not allow me to until after… that's where it loses that star for me as that was very troubling… without that hiccup I would give this 5 stars! I'd give it more if possiblebecause I'm really enjoying it.

Quick crypto transaction. Made an order, paid and 2 weeks later collect my new PC.
No problem at all. Good communication with update regarding my order.

E-stripe is not the cheapest or the fastest provider of mining equipment but they are very reliable and provide excellent service and for that, I am willing to pay a bit more and wait.

My pc came with no issues, it runs perfectly fine just as expected. Out of the websites i have looked at before buying my pc Estripe was the cheapest. I don't see a reason to purchase from other websites when you get the same parts except they are more expensive. Highly recommend if you are buying your first pc or your 5th it is super easily to customize a pc with all the parts you want super straight forward, they even tell you things such as weather your power supply is not powerful enough for the parts you have selected making it very consumer friendly towards beginners looking to buy their first pc.

The website was clear and interactively helpful. The PC arrived when expected. The service team have all been amazing, clear and patient. I've spoken with four so far.
Waiting in line on they phone, they are constantly updating on the queue length.
It's been a few weeks now we haven't quite worked out what is wrong, but they have been superb in response.
The replacement parts have come, if a little late, mainly because of trying to fit into my availability to receive them.
Maybe by the time I've opened the box another couple of times they will be offering me a tech service job. - Well, probably not.

Got my system after having to wait in line for the build due to my custom components. I was regularly updated via email on the progress of my wait which was reassuring. Only fly in the ointment was when DHL failed to deliver on the designated day and I had to wait 24 hours to get my pc

The guy I spoke to, Charlie I think his name was, knew what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about techy things, which I am not.
He supported me to build my PC from scratch. Very good.
He was very helpful.
