Estripe service was great however their delivery company UPS awful (they are normally good to be fair). UPS somehow managed to lose a 5K pc in their depot! Now I have to wait a number of days before Estripe will build a new one. Not their fault I understand and up until the pc was given to UPS I would fully recommend them. Great comms throughout and really quick dispatch considering everything I ordered. Fingers crossed UPS don't lose the second one they're likely to have to build! Despite my issue with delivery I would still use them again as I'm sure this is isolated. Would have given 5 stars if not for the problem.

So many options, really simple and laptop works great. Love that you could see each step of the process in my account area so you were never left in the dark.

Great to be able to buy a custom made PC, to match my unique requirements and budget.
I got great help on the forum, the build and delivery were perfect. No complaints whatsoever!
A bit confusing on the web site is that once you start down a certain path (say, "office pc") then some options are not available to you anymore - but nothing informs you that's the case. Thankfully someone told me about that on the forum!

Estripe website was clear, helpful and easy to use. The PC took a while to be dispatched but was worth to wait. Service team have all been amazing, I knew all steps and delivery was superb fast. Would recommend to anyone

Order was easy to configure and arrived when estimated. Once it was received, most components and functionality worked as expected. Only small critism I would have, is that the 2 fans that come with the case weren't fitted or present (sent out after raising with CS) and the visible cable management looks a little disorganised. Other than that, the computer works and looks great.

This is the second PC I've bought from E-Stripe, this one to replace the previous one which was just starting to freak a little after over a decade of error free service.
I configured the pc myself from the almost endless list of components and thanks to the error checking tool at the end of this process could be confident everything would be compatible.

I ordered a top end pc i9 and 4090 and was worried about 4k gaming but it works flawlessly on the system e stripe built, looks good and keeps cool enough during long sessions. The experience I had with e stripe was great, i was always kept me informed of what stage my build was at and I even got it earlier than I was told.
Overall great experience and great pc.

I have used E-stripe for years for my business and always been 100% happy, the latest order not so much...

The production time was initially set up to 9 days, in the end it was over 3 weeks, this I can live with, although it was an over promise and under delivery.
When it arrived a few weeks ago we have had issues with it, firstly the windows licence was not entered correctly and we have since spend considerable time trying to trouble shoot the issue, which begs the question, why was in not tested properly?
Ryan who is helping trouble shoot is great, the response time is slow but I accept they are a big company with lots of pull on their time.
Will I order again, truth be told, I just do not know right now...

Really happy with my PC, especially how whisper quiet it is! Great build quality, good customer service and great selection of components. I was notified immediately when a part I'd selected was unfortunately not available. The only thing that could have been better is that it would have been nice if the amendment fee had been waived when I had to change my order due to my selected SSD being unavailable but still selectable as an option on the website

This is my second laptop, again chose Estripe because of the ability to configure the spec. The build quality is good and comms received when certain components weren't in stock was good. Delivery was quick once PC was built and tested.

Be careful. Company has problems with fixing computers while on warranty. My computer is in service from April (4 months now). No communication, no fix, no computer. Guys in support very kind, but stil no resolution and progress.

They used to be very good but it now takes hours to get through to customer support. My new PC has turned up not working and they won't swap for a working one but, instead ard going to make me wait while ir's sent back and fixed. I think that's apalling service.

This is my 4th purchase from Estripe, All comps have arrived well built and well packaged, Reasonably priced.

Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. Estripe did replace the laptop but the second laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.

I use Estripe as my only supplier of mining equipment and have done for many years now. Delivery is not quick though, so plan ahead. Good warranty options also.

Great pc build. Competitive pricing and customisability. Took a while to arrive but it was totally worth the wait

Basically I got the pc and I got blue screened instantly so I'm getting my money back and getting a different pc from a company

Orders easy to track and the website is clearly laid out, however my order spent a long time in the earlier stages. Pc performs well. Would recommend
