Overall, good. Car had no fuel/charge upon pickup & needed service. Drop-off was very fast, with an immediate ride home.

Car was great once I finally got one and got the marijuana smell out. Staff was nice but there are never enough workers or cars available at this Enterprise. I feel bad for the employees.

Poor customer service from staff, draconian and laborious requirements for rental completion,and compared to ZipCar, horrendous vehicle selection, content and quality.
I picked up my rental and then returned it the same day due to threats of severe hail. I had no place to store it to prevent hail damage but I was still charged for the rental.

The service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the dark tinted windows--especially the rear window. I only knew week to week whether I'd still have the rental or not so I dealt with it.
Best Rental ever! They were courteous, timely, and very accommodating. Picked me up to get the rental and when I returned the rental they took me back home.
I was very satisfied on the services I received from DJ, Ty and Tawana at the Enterprise on Central Avenue in MD. I would recommend Family members and Friends to go there.
We rented the Jeep Wrangler since we feel more comfortable in that vehicle during the winter weather. Unfortunately after a lite rain the roof leaked covering my wife and I with water.
No issues, car was ready to go on time, no hassle or issues at pickup or drop off. Both Marley And Sam were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location.
