This is the third or fourth long term rental that I got from the Laconia NH Enterprise. Always pleased with cars, explanation of terms, friendliness of Shannon and of course the price.
I reserved a minivan weeks ago and was told it's not available when I attempted to pick it up. Now I'm left scrambling for other options. What do you call someone who offers good and services he can't fulfill? A scammer. That's exactly what Enterprise Rent-A-Car is, a scam. This is the type of scammy business that will rent you Airforce One if you ask for it. Reservation means nothing to them; they don't even understand what it means to reserve something. It's first come first serve, don't even bother with reservations, this is basically what the agent told me. If you need reliable car rental from companies that actually understand what it means to reserve something and that actually fulfill reservations, don't bother with Enterprise Rent-A-Scam.

Excellent customer service, with competitive rates
I rented this car through the USAA member perks. Everything was seemless. When I arrived to pick the car up it was ready and it was the right size, or class, I reserved. Check in, picking it up and returning it was quick and easy. The price was the same as the other rental company at Pitt-Greenville airport and service was much faster.

It's wonderful to have easy access to be able to rent a car. I've been having lots of car trouble lately. Being able to travel for my grandson's birthday party, helped make more wonderful memories!
The first car had over 60,000 miles with lots of dents and hail damage. The car windshield was dirty on the inside. The second vehicle was in much better condition but still needed windshield cleaning.

Carpet in SUV had worn carpet on the driver's side-driver carpet. Usually the cars are in perfect condition. This was the first time receiving a truck/car that wasnt up to the ENTERPRISE STANDARDS.

I drove off on a Ford Escape, and realized it was not a good fit for me. I couldn't reach the pedals very well, so I took it back and had it exchanged with no problems!

When returning the car the employee Muhamid was professional and courteous. A pleasure to work with during the course of the entire rental.
There's no other team in Michigan better than Hunter, Morgan and Jessica the service and treatment is top tier.
