First, they mislead you when you subscribe in comparing prices with say annual... why would a site that is so successful have annual membership? If you're so good at matching people, why would I need to be on this site for a whole year? So, the very fact that they have annual membership is kind of a tell that the service suck, and I missed this hint so please, do not do the same. Then I did not really think twice and clicked on the cheapest option. This is the annual membership and they charge a whole year, not monthly charge "guaranteed" for 12 months. Try to get your money back and you find that the prerequisite to work there is to be an $#*!. Then you may be playful and keep the subscription and there is NO ELITE on that site... in fact, I don't know what's elite at all. It's misrepresentation. A few clients perhaps are, but definitely not the service for sure. Matching is a concept they don't understand (other than perhaps smoker status). If you know what you want or don't want, you'll be sure to find absolutely no way to filter this. You want (or don't want) kids, you cannot filter automatically who has the same goal as you on that. It filters NOTHING for you and so it matches you with everybody... My point is it's not elite, it's not even single in some cases, it's not easy to communicate with others on this platform, it's expensive and it has the look of an insurance company's website... it's not a fun experience and please do not make my mistake, move on to another service instead of wasting your time and money on this site... Btw, I selected a star because I have to... I'd select none if I could. At least the definition of 1 star is "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" and that summarizes well enough the experience.

A lot of dating sites have fake profiles, but they do not call themselves www.EliteSingles.com. The name makes you think they are actually vetting people for their qualifications, but they do not. There are profiles with claims of having a master's or doctorate, but full of broken English! The best: A guy with a doctorate wrote sentual instead of sensual. Elite does not deliver on its name. Don't be fooled.

The app is missing basic things that make it totally unprofessional, like the inability to delete message threads or edit the cropping of photos you upload (they just zoom in on your face). They claim to give you new matches daily but would barely get a handful and 90% of the time they are people who haven't signed up so you don't see a photo and hardly any profile information. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Do not sign up with this site.

They have lousy matching algorithm. All my matches were located in distant places and most of them had no pics. Elitesingles lure you into purchasing a yearly membership, just don't do it! They are all fake, they use fake photos, stolen photos, photos from other dating sites, etc - just about anything to fool you and to make you interested. You will find out how fake it is only after you have paid for membership.
My matches on Elitesingles were ridiculously inappropriate, they totally ignored my search criteria. Lots of profiles were outdated ( they never write you back), and I can see why - they make it confusing to cancel, so people choose not to get involved in this challenge and they don't delete their profiles.

After notifying customer support that my account was hijacked as the email address and password associated with my account was changed, the support rep told me to request a password change via the site... but since the email associated was also changed, I am unable to request a password to the original account holder. Next, they replied to just log in and cancel the account ...or give them my account ID number to prove I'm the original holder... both require login and they know I can't login... ridiculous, boiler plate type reply with no thought or actual reading of emails taking place! Don't use these clowns!

Stay away from this site! They create Fake Profiles and do a poor job of it. One example, a profile stated in the "personal comments" she lived in CO. And just relocated to Nebraska, however, under the profile picture it said she lived in Tacoma WA. Just a few miles away from me. I sent her a message asking her to clarify this but never heard back, Hmmmm, not supersized. Three days later she popped up on my Visitors list once again, but this time she lived in a completely different town in my state. WOW she moves a lot. I believe if you join this site they will take your photos and use them to create fake profiles in other states.

This site is the worst site I've been on, I wish I could give it zero stars, this one star is way to good for them. Since you can't view before you purchase your stuck with it. I set preferences and it gave me only God knows what. There were no quality men, they all looked 75 years or older, nothing elite about them. They looked like a bunch of old drunks. There are no black men on the site. I tried to contact CS and it was like a maze, I was never able to locate any contact information on the site. They charged me over $100 and there's not one descent looking man on the entire site. Do not subscribe to them. I think it's a scam. Sadly, I googled dating sites and they had this scam site listed in the best 5 sites; a bigger Joke. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. Beware!

A total waste of effort and time. Why they ask for your preferences is unknown. Distance preferences is totally ignored and I found the promise of professional members was certainly not true.
The website and AP do not synchronize.
Customer service is very scanty and impersonal, everything handled through email communication. I took lots of time to complete my profile, most of the male member profiles were barely completed and more than 60% had no photos.
I would not recommend this site for anyone looking for a meaningful connection. A huge disappointment.
