This website has fake profiles. Within 2 weeks of joining, I started getting messages that "xyz" user who you were in communication with is being investigated fraud... Most users are fake - you can easily make it out.

While elite singles has a good sounding name, it does not live up to any expectation you would want from any matchmaking company. It also does not vet anybody it simply takes money and lets anybody join without verifying anything. I would not regard this as a safe website. I tried to cancel, but it had been over three days (it was a week) so there was no way to cancel it despite them breaching their own promises. Over half the people who communicated with me did not have pictures, some had gross statements about what they wanted and others made comments that were disrespectful, sexual, and inappropriate. While those people can be reported, it is not my job to clean up their website, it is theirs. Essentially they breached their own contract and will not return money. If you want matchmaker get a human being or get matched friends you trust or activities you get involved in. This is NOT the way to go. I WOULD WRITE THEM A NEGATIVE NUMBER IF I COULD — THEY ARE ALSO BASED OUT OF BERLIN, NOT THE UNITED STATES. They must laugh all the way to the bank duping all the people who sign up!

Having their 72 hr. Window only to ask for a refund is RIDICULOUS! The3y kept sending me the same pitiful selections--miles away from my requested zone. The couple men I responded to, didn't respond to me, yet the site kept sending me the same folks.

Thee absolutely worst dating site I have been involved. They continue charging you after you cancel and the worst is I was just fraudulently charges apppx. 278.00 by them when I have not been on their site and have canceled their service a year ago. I have filed a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, PO BOX *******, Washington, D.C. *******.

Elite Singles has had repeated ongoing glitches and technical problems with logging in. It suddenly stopped recognizing a password I'd used for months. I Requested a pw change to fix this problem. An email arrived. When I clicked on it I was told "the link was no longer valid" This happened multiple times. Have not been able to sign on for about 2 weeks to a service I'm paying for. There is no customer care address. The site states they have a HELP form online - it is un-findable. I see that others are having similar problems. I have tried to write to "support" one last time to resolve tis but will probably be requesting my money back.

After only one week and paying 83 dollars Canadian for one month, all I encountered was scam profiles. I was sent emails from their safety team telling me the person who contacted me was a fake profile. I wanted a refund as I wasn't able to match with anyone that was real but they denied my refund. Joke of a site!

Been there a while, just to watch the scammers. It's nuts. Terrible site. Don't spend any money there guys.

Save your money and stay away from EliteSingles. This app has the same sketchy users as any FREE dating app but charges for anything and everything. All non-refundable despite what they initially promise. They don't have any options to request a refund and by the time you figure you had to email them, they say too late. No refunds.

I get periodic excited emails that someone smiled at me then can't find that person. It's just a mishmash of photos with very little connection. Extremely disappointed!

I exited my premium membership after 3 days. 60% of guys I had a short conversations with were scammers. I started a conversation with individuals and I got emails from EliteSingles saying that those individuals were forced out because their profiles were fake. I got 2 emails on the first day, 3 emails on 2nd day, and another 2 emails on 3rd day and I decided to exit the website. They always ask your phone number right away so it's kind of obvious that they are scammers.
The fact that EliteSIngle were catching those scammers and forcing them out is great, they are doing something about the situation but the amount of scammers on this website is bit too many.

I interacted with 15+ people (got 20-30 "smiles") over a 1 month period and 100% were deemed to be fake profiles. Save your money. You can read the profiles and see the exact same text in multiple profiles and many pictures of almost celebrity looking people. I just started reporting them to try and help others. Worst spend of $100, glad I only did 1 month!

I joined and realised it was not what I had thought… needing to spend more to upgrade to use the site fully. I requested a refund as is consumers rights for within cooling off period….19 days ago and still no refund. Emails have been either ignored or replied to as in AI generated!

This site has app. But if you registered on site you can't cancel everything in app. So, I forgot about this site, but when I have seen they charged me 160$, the same day I started to cancel… but I could not even cancel the subscription in the app because you must cancel it only by using web site. I found the site but I forgot my password my email I used… I wrote to them that I do not use service, but they told me: "sorry, it's not our problem", and told me that they we can send my accept for someone else. I told them: "I do not use your service, you must return my money!" but they do not reply.

Don't waste your money. Every day I receive lots of profiles to view. But in 45 days no visitor of my profile. The poorest dating app ever, after using several other dating app! I assure you it is just waste of money. After sending several email, still no improvment. I can provide all the communications that indicate the poor performance of the web n the app ( which are not quite along each other). I wonder if anyone has ever found love through this dating site/app. I doubt! It was just waste of time n money. No star at all!

They send you emails constantly of potential people that want to meet you pay and nothing happens literally. Then they offer premium or platinum products that will give you hope. Just do what you are doing at home like Covid leave this alone….

This site is at best, one of the worst sites my friends and i have cime across, basically the whole health sector is going to eharmony instead, dont waste your money here

I've been on this dating site almost a year on and off. You can send and receive smiles and see matches from men. I often sent messages but never received replies. I finally realized that most of these men don't bother with the premium membership, so you never hear back from them because they don't see your messages? Its truly a waste of money. Most never read my messages because they can't! I literally had 2 men write messages over a year of membership but I probably sent about 30 messages...

Fake profiles, horrid matches, if l could rate it 0 l would.

On their site they claim to check profiles to make sure they're legit. Not true - be very careful ….
