I love my new range it's everything I had hoped for and it is magnificent. I never heard of this Capital brand before but I would buy this brand again and again and I recommend it to anybody looking for any new appliances. The equipment was poorly packaged and came damaged. I reached out to customer service to return the product. After numerous phone calls and hassles, they agreed to take it back and that a shipping company will pick up the fridge. It's now two weeks and the fridge is still sitting in my garage. This company has very poor customer service and doesn't communicate well. I will be posting this terrible experience on the internet.

My builder told me the delivery guys missed several appointments. When they did finally show they 2 huge gouges in the hardwood floor and left without putting the feet on the range. Unimpressed with that to say the least.

I was needing a rather specific microwave/convection oven with specific exterior dimensions. I was also having difficulty finding a unit that anyone had in stock. Elite Appliance was able to meet all of those requirements in a very short, acceptable time frame.

Good communication, did an offer on a discontinued range, received a call within 30 minutes with a fair counter offer and purchased the range. Will certainly consider them in the future.

Your sales rep was very helpful,knowledgeable and polite. The product arrived as scheduled. Following product unpacking, it was discovered that both side panels of the item were dented and damaged. I have been told I will be contacted by an issues management team which has yet to occur.

Dryer is damaged and replacement is taking too long (3 weeks +}
NOW THIS DRYER DOES NOT WORK!

The delivery was the problem, the item was shipped to GSP airport and I was not contacted for days to notify me of a delivery time, finally after I contacted them delivery was scheduled. At the time of delivery the delivery man damaged the bottom of the dishwasher, requiring removal of the bottom plate and straightening out. The dishwasher had already been installed so it had to be removed to make this repair

Site searches are easy and quick. Prices are good. I purchased an ice maker. I like that you offer factory installed drain pumps prior to shipping. I'd like to see when I could expect delivery at or before purchase.
