Pursued relentlessly to make the sale but once the credit cards were given, never heard back from salesperson despite emailing him twice with questions.

My overall experience was great from the sales side. Everyone was helpful and the order shipped on my time schedule which was very thoughtful.
Unfortunately, the product was damaged during transit. Elite is trying to figure out if it should be repaired or replaced. Somehow getting something that was damaged and then fixed is less of a positive experience than receiving something brand new and undamaged.
I worked with Eddy McBroom. He was very helpful. I appreciate his service and advice.

This is my 3rd microwave in 2 years. Not sure why the microwave number lights don't show so you don't know what time it is on the clock or how much time you put on the microwave for reheating, etc. Each microwave has had similar issues so the Kitchenaide does not have my vote of confidence...but I am very tempted to remove all of my Kitchenaide products for something better.
The same with my sub zero Kitchenaide refrigerator as I believe something is wrong with the coolant device within the fridge. Therefore my confidence with Kitchenaide products is not well received.
My husband and I built a home and got all of our appliances from Elite. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Because of Elite's great prices we were able to get top-end appliances at reasonable prices. We had a delay with the build and Elite held our appliances for 4 weeks at no charge. Every time I called Elite, someone answered the phone. I never sat on hold waiting.
The delivery person was also great to work with. Our new home sits in the middle of 14 acres with a 1/4 mile dirt road to our driveway. I warned the driver about this, and he never complained once. He kept telling me, "that's not a problem". Sure enough he made it up the road and even offered to help us bring the appliances into the house (which I don't think is standard practice). Everything arrived in absolute perfect condition and was packaged very well. Not one scratch, dent, or quality issue.
From beginning to end Elite was a pleasure to do business with!
From my initial browsing to the completion of the double oven sale, I received quick responses from sales department and all questions were answered. I was called for shipping delivery arrangements within an hour after sale completion. Oven was delivered in excellent condition.
