So far so good. Still have not installed appliances so more to see. The order process, price, and delivery were great.

Unfortunately, your freight company was really bad. They missed and/or moved over 3 different shipment dates and we ended up receiving the appliances over a week late, after I had to make 8 phone calls to get someone to nail down a day to deliver! They were extremely difficult to get a hold off and no one ever called me back after they would promise they would. So I would consider a different freight company if I were you.
I would like to see an option for local pockup on your website

Easy- just had to locate the model number on the inside of the range- thank goodness for my iPhone camera with mag function- the plate is on the upper surface on the inside so it faces the floor!
I am always satisfied with Elite Appliance and their personal touch. I appreciate the assistance they give my customers as a builder. I appreciate their flexibility on delivery and highly recommend them to anyone shopping for appliances.
Ordering a high end appliance from a considerable distance can be a worry for many reasons. Any preliminary worries that we had were unnecessary due to the quick, service and great communication from Elite. Also, the trucking company selected by Elite was very professional. We knew exactly when the stove would be delivered. Many thanks

Easy ordering, delivered in specified timeframe
We are contractors and order $8000 worth of kitchen aid appliances for our client. Fridge arrived with damaged door and was forced to wait 6 weeks for replacement door, then Guinco came to replace the door and left the original door on premises and told homeowner it was her problem to deal with. 2 days after Gunico switched the door the fridge stopped working and Elite made us call Gunico again for service. It took them 3 days to come out and then determined the compressor was bad. It took Gunico a week to order a new part and schedule the repair. Client was without a fridge for over 2 weeks and has a $4000 fridge that has already been rebuilt twice. Elite should have immediately replaced the fridge from the start. I've tried not to go to the big box stores like Best Buy but their policies on items like this MUCH better represent the expectations we have for way things should be handled with our clients, especially when they have spent thousands of dollars on appliances. VERY disappointed with the handling of this and I won't be making purchases at Elite again. Prior to this we have spent in upwards of $30,000 both ourselves and with remodel clients we sent directly to Elite for purchases just in the last 3-4 months, but we will no longer be able to send clients to Elite and I'll be hard pressed to continue pushing Kitchen Aid products as well.

We purchased a nice looking vent hood for our kitchen redo. It wasn't quite as sleek as some other models at the very top end that we saw, but the price was in line with what we wanted to pay and it is still pretty attractive and functions well. In fact, it is a bit quieter than we expected and the new LED light makes the cooking area easy to see.
The only thing we would have liked is to have had the unit in stock right away so we could pick it up the day we purchased it, rather than waiting a week or so.
Sales person was helpful and courteous. He followed up but never pushy and always willing to work with us. Eliteappliance carries a wide range of kitchen appliances and brand. Their pricing is very competitive. Our experience was great and highly recommend other shoppers to shop at Elite.
As far as the product goes, we have not installed it yet because the kitchen is still under renovation.
The order experience was fine. Eliteappliance contacted me before they shipped it to tell me the trucking company would contact me for arranging the delivery. They gave me a tracking number when it shipped.
I was tracking the shipment and saw that it had arrived at the trucking company's warehouse. After I had not heard from them for a few days, I called them. They explained that they had not called because they did not have a phone number. They did not have my address either. The paperwork they gave me when they made the delivery had my name on all three lines of the address field but not even my city!
Once I gave them my address and phone number, the delivery process was great. I live at the end of a long winding driveway and they did not have a small enough trailer to get to my house. But the driver helped me load it in my truck and offered to come to my house to help get it out of my truck.
We are in Indianapolis and I was originally nervous about what condition it would be in after being shipped from Texas, but it was perfect! Process was very smooth and the beverage fridge arrived as ordered. Shipping was pretty quick. Price was great - saved a few hundred dollars over what we had been quoted for the same fridge here in Indy.
Walked in store to purchase 2 refrigerators for a new home. Already stressful on moving and could not get anytime at elite to schedule delivery. Called elite several times and no one answers. Left messages and no response. Emailed sales rep and off website with no response. Horrible service. Luckily I found the contractors who delivers the refrig and he walked in the warehouse for me and got the refrigerators. He did a great job but is not affiliated with elite.
I was not impressed with Wylder Raney and his customer service. Never returned my phone calls. When your spending that kinda of money I expect the customer service to be much better!
