It was all just great. The sales guy, the help he provided in our selections, his follow up, the guy you recommended for install, the products themselves are BEAUTIFUL! (2 ranges and a dishwasher). I'm extremely satisfied. The only reason I rated the will I recommend you a 2 is because I don't really talk to people about where they buy their appliances. Overall, I give you guys a 10!

Great selection. First time delivery truck came without a lift gate. Driver wanted to know if we could lift a six burner range, washer/dryer and a few other appliances from the truck. Make sure when an order is placed ask if they offer white glove because we were not asked. The driver that came the next day was fantastic. Some hiccups. Be dilligent when reviewing orders and models.
Could not be happier. We dropped into the store frustrated because our washer/dryer that was less than a year old was on the fritz and we couldn't get satisfaction from the big "box store". Within a matter of minutes, Eddy had located us a new LG washer/dryer and had arranged for it to be installed the following day. It restored my faith in retail establishments as a whole. Elite Appliance is awesome!

Poor communication between manufacturer and Elite Appliance regarding availability of product. This was not communicated clearly to me prior to purchase and resulted in me being without a refrigerator for 2wks. Sales communicated as best as possible, but in the end - didn't help my expectations. However, this was the best price I found for the product and I was glad to get it. In addition, they helped defray delivery cost which helped!

Horrible service! Paid one price for item, got call back a few days later to pay more on the top of what already was paid otherwise my range wont be delivered! Never will step a foot in this store again and wont recommend to anyone in real estate community!
Jeremy Cash is awesome. He saved the day. Without his commitment and dedication the review would not have been like this. The salesman Eddie was knowledgeable and easy to work with, so the purchasing process was easy too.
Overall shopping experience was good! A little delay on shipping and release of products out of NJ and arrival info into DFW distribution center. Our sales person was always reachable and or returned our calls. Independent installation team was solid and very detailed throughout. Only short coming was delivery of our new BBQ pit as it did not show up as discussed.
Overall we'll do business with the Elite team again. Give total experience a 4-4.5 out of 5.

Did not ship as promised. Went to some carrier that took another week to deliver. It was put in our garage and the driver refused to wait while we opened them.
It was Brian's fault but dishwasher has been leaking under the sink.
Microwave trim kit has a dent in corner.
Still haven't found person to install wine cooler. So, most of the problems are due to installation
I have not used my ovens yet, but expect everything to be tops.
