The first purchase I made for our in house kitchen went like clockwork. I paid for the order and it showed up in a timely fashion. Thus, when stocking our second kitchen I placed an order expecting the same degree of professionalism and competence.
It has been horrific. I paid in full. And, nothing. A month past. No follow up. No delivery. Every few days it has been my responsibility to find out what is going on with the appliances. No mention of delay. The sales person hasn't returned phone calls, or emails. Nor has there been no follow up. I have been contacting the shipping company - when it finally had an affirmative answer that they left the ware and that the second part of the order would be leaving Viking. I sure hope I have better results if a repair becomes necessary. I could have purchased locally. And, wish I had done so.
Still part of our order has not arrived. And, we were under the impression at time of our Dee that there would be no problem getting them here by the 15th of December, so we could use them for Christmas with our 18 guests.* which did not happen.
The first part of the delivery finally showed up. The union worker refused to deliver to the kitchen. Instead loaded them into a uhaul truck we happen to have at our property for another purpose. He drove away, and I had to request the assistance of other workers that were on our property that day- to move them to the kitchen.
I was even told the range and refrigerator appliances were being held because shipping had not been paid.
I requested serial numbers to apply for the rebate, and that request was totally ignored.
The last two appliances still have not arrived. I am being told (when I called) that them may be picked up this week on Wednesday from one delivery company, but still no scheduled delivery- from the second delivery company.
I have waited, called repeatedly, received confliction information, and have not received one phone call from the sales person, or Elite- following up. That, has been my responsibility. Totally unprofessional. And I have purchase nearly $40,000 in appliances.

Everything was great
Love the stove but the delivery service was pretty bad. Not only did the guy show up over an hour late, he showed up alone and without the installation kit we bought. He was going to just leave it crated but i wanted to check the stove for condition and he had to borrow tools from me to take the crate apart. You could work a little harder on CustomerCare.
Jordan was very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our purchases. I would definitely recommend your firm and his service.
My sales person Micheal Goldberg is fantastic. He is prompt to respond, answers all technical questions.and makes the whole experience seamless. With my most recent purchase.I received the appliances in approx. 1 week! That was perfect because we were under tight deadlines. Thank you Elite appliance! I had to call after more than 6weeks waiting to see when my appliances were coming in. It took way too long.
Purchased made in showroom. Jordan is an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to others I refer to Elite. The only issue I have is time it takes to receive goods once paid for. Could use some work there.
Ordered special hood extension. Delivered on time.

We purchased a GE microwave, which was faulty. Elite contacted GE, who sent a representative to our home. GE wanted to "fix'' the appliance. Elite worked in our behalf for GE to replace the faulty microwave with a new one. This is our second purchase from Elite. Their installation team has always been careful, courteous and dependable.
Very satisfied with delivery. Delivery men very helpful and courteous.
Bottom line up front, Elite Appliance has very friendly employees but it requires significant effort on the buyers' part for them to be helpful
Most challenges arose after shipping. The purchasing/sales experience was fine, but I will focus this review on what happened after purchase. For context we were doing a massice renovation on an historic house (to live in, not flip) and replaced all major appliances.
1) When items were delivered they were left outside in the driveway (on a Friday afternoon) and we and our general contractor had to scramble to find an installer who could not come until Monday. So my new appliances sat outside over the weekend. You may say this is my fault, but during purchase there was no discussion of type of delivery, offer of installation, or other additional services.
2) The fridge purchased is a floor model and has dings on the sides (knew this, all good). It arrived with the incorrect handles for the fridge and freezer doors. After reporting this, the fridge handles arrived about 2 weeks later, but the freezer handle took several more weeks and nearly daily follow-ups to be addressed.
3) We purchased a 'new-in-box' overly expensive microwave drawer in order to better match the ovens it is stacked with. The item is not flush on one corner. Elite Appliance was prompt in sending a service estimator(?) to assess the issue. It was deemed a faulty installation, so they dodged any responsibility and have left any repairs on a $1k microwave to us.
4) When our appliances were delivered there were things missing.
4a) Hood - delivery guy just forgot to take it off the truck, delivered next day. Fine.
4b) Wine fridge - they sold the one set aside for us?! But assured that they get these in all the time. This arrived yesterday, two months after all the other appliances were delivered. Now a wine fridge isn't exactly a critical appliance, but come on...two months late for something 'you have in stock all the time'
4c) Washer/Dryer - The one's we ordered were never actually ordered?! And then could not be ordered due to being back stocked or discontinued or some excuse. WE HAD A CUSTOM CABINET SPACE BUILT FOR THESE! Can you sense the hair pulling? Sales person said a suitable replacement was found, but this set would not have fit in the custom space, by several inches and would have looked ridiculous. I requested that these be removed, that I found the original ones from Home Depot for a similar price including installation, and that I needed to be refunded for those. Pretty standard request right? It took two months and required weekly, turning into almost daily follow ups. I finally got someone other than my salesperson on the phone and learned the store manager can only process refunds. Due to the time that had passed they had to cut a check, which arrived with the wine fridge.

Still haven't revecived the ice maker we ordered. Customer service after the sale has been non existent. I have had to make ever call to find out what is happening. Promised Return phone calls have never been made. Jury is still out whether I will have to throw this purchase into dispute with credit card company, get a refund or get the ice maker I ordered.
Unbeatable prices. We were thrilled with the price that we paid and the ease of getting our new built-in fridge.
