Delivery commitment was not met - missed by over a week making it a poorer delivery than from the east coast.

Product was missing a tilt tray for the right hand door. I called it in, but I have not heard any information on what is happening (over a week).
Dishwasher was missing an important part. Not elite's fault, was likely not put on at the Viking factory. I as able to make something work but very disappointed with Viking quality control.
