Your warehouse staff was very courteous and even that they knew it would not fit, tried.

You went ahead and delivered it to me next day.
Perfect, even had it on a delivery truck late that I did not have to take off from work

Waiting for a call back about the double wall ovens. When can I expect to get the kick plate for my new Viking frig? Still waiting...

Easy Breezy

Delivery commitment was not met - missed by over a week making it a poorer delivery than from the east coast.
No communication. I had to call every time I wanted help.
Product was missing a tilt tray for the right hand door. I called it in, but I have not heard any information on what is happening (over a week).

Dishwasher was missing an important part. Not elite's fault, was likely not put on at the Viking factory. I as able to make something work but very disappointed with Viking quality control.
