Took a week from ordering to receiving. Product was great but shipping was slow. A/c arrived 3 days before the pad and everything was ordered on the same day. Couldn't install without the pad.

Bosch air handler came damaged and i'm getting the runaround trying to get this issue resolved.
Hasn't been installed yet but the buying experience was good. Delivery was good and the guys were polite, but didn't call ahead like I requested.
No issues with shipment or product. The duct dampers is solid and sturdy, easy to install with the integrated, spring loaded pivot pins.
I had been referred to Budget, and found their site to be user friendly, and the associated info & prices were good. Shipping was quick, and our system was back up & running pronto. I will likely order a whole system from them soon.
