E florist saw my review and promised me another bouquet and delivery. Time of arrival was between 16.00 and 20.00. Flowers arrived at 11.30 at night. I will never use this business again.

Poor service. Delivery time cannot be chosen. Time allocated by them was between 7 and 9 pm. Dreadful time on day of birthday. No flowers even on day after birthday. Cannot get in contact with E florist UK. DREADFUL SERVICE.

My sister absolutely loved her treat... I said I love her with flowers! They were fragrant & colourful.& came with a gift if chocolates too! It's lovely to put a smile on someone's face at sucv a reasonable price. Delivery was perfect too! Xx

My friend was over the moon and the free chocolates made it more special! But i don't think i got what i paid for! I paid for the larger bouquet and it looked nothing like the picture! Id hate to think what the smaller one would have been like!

The most beautiful flowers

I ordered mum the autumnal bunch of flowers, they arrived on time and were in excellent condition. The flowers were beautiful, the colours were really lovely. I would order again from eflorist without hesitation.

Wonderful gift experience

I ordered flowers as a gift for a friend going through a tough time. She lives in london and I am in another country. I found the site eflorist extremely easy to use and navigate. The flowers were beautiful when delivered. I was kept super up to date about the delivery process and time so I could check that my friend was home for her surprise. I would order from here again in the future.

Got my girlfriend some flowers, you delivered them on time, she was really happy, a bit too happy really, one thing led to another and now she's pregnant. I'm not saying its completely your fault, but I think these flowers possibly worked too well. I was only after a quickie really, not an additional child.

Your company kept us informed of the process of our order and when it had been delivered as we don't live near here and we went back to our home on Sunday it was leading to know our gift had been delivered safely

Driver dumped the flowers buy secretrry door there's buzzer system that he could used no he jst left them there i am disabled person he could buzzed my door if not for someone telling me about them i still been there bloody disgusting service from your delivery company this second time they have done it to my self

I had used another well known Company for countless years, but now having a computer thought I would try eFlorist.
A friend his wife has had an awful 2 years of hospital treatment but has been given the all-clear.
Order placed and delivered by a helpful driver from Yodel all in less than 24 hours.
Top marks? To eFlorist my friends wife is 100% pleased with her flowers plus the bonus of a box of chocolates.

Shocking service

Absolute shocking service, I should of learnt from the first time not to order from you guys twice you have failed to deliver now and I have been stuffed on the day and had to go out my way to get flowers myself!

I would like a full refund ASAP as I have had to spend double the money on getting more flowers!

I am absolutely disgusted. Paid for a large bunch of flowers and I could've got a much better bunch for a fifth of the price from Sainsbury's. Do not be fooled by pictures. The card was ripped and the box was battered. Was meant to be a special gift to my mum on her engagement and they are cheap and nasty - god knows what she must think. Was also meant to come with chocolates but did not turn up with any. Cheap and nasty

I am so impressed and thankful. I am in South Africa, doing an online transaction. Always weary... Our niece was born and Mommy and baby had to get some incouragement. Mommy was so happy and thankful to get her flowers and chocolates. Thank you so much, I was well informed about the delivery, did not worry one moment.
