Ordered 2 bouquets for delivery 26th November for a birthday - one at £33, one at £55 - smaller one delivered - bigger one - nothing - no reply to any emails or social media or chat (which does not work on their site) No phone number to try and resolve the issue - they just took my £55 and do nothing about it - I have had 11 previous orders that went mainly without a problem (delivery company let downs aside) - this experience has left me very disappointed and will never use this service again - below is a picture of what they believe £88 worth of flowers represent

My wife's birthday flowers arrived Monday afternoon, and appeared to be wilting when I took them out of the box. I made sure they were well watered, but even after one day they were dying. Today just 3 days later they a disgrace. Will never use eFlorist again.

I have great pleasure in giving a review, i went on line from Florida and booked for birthday to be delivered in London the next day. The process was easy and within 10 minutes I had complete my order. The flowers were delivered the next day by 12.30pm in the afternoon
This is the second time I have used eflorist. I have found it a good and reliable service to use. I will always use them in future. On both the above occasions my sister was well satisfied with her flowers. The service is certainly a leg saver as I am not getting any younger nor the weather any warmer. Sorry but I don't have any photos as my sister lives too far away. Betty Bray

Very bad experience. Took my order and emailed back in a few hours ( when I'd missed other same day options) to say they couldn't find a florist to fulfil my order. No offer of alternatives and then to run salt in it. It takes 3-4 days to refund me. My wife passed her driving test and I'm working away! Terribly let down.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
