Found my forever jeweler! I called and placed an order with Edwin Novel for two custom necklaces for my daughters. The team was a delight to work with. They made the pendants from scratch. Very cool to come up with an idea and a couple of weeks later to be able to see that idea come to life. My daughters love their necklaces. Gorgeous workmanship, and the diamonds are pure magic. Will definitely be going through Edwin Novel for all of my future jewelry purchases.

I made an purchase of some diamond earrings. After receiving them, I wasn't happy with the quality. I called to make return arrangements, that a followed. Even doe they did provide a prepaid label or anything. I sent the item out 2 or 3 days before my 30 day window. They claim the item arrived too late. And I would only be eligible for a credit towards another purchase! I saved to get this item, and I wasn't happy! So big corporation screwing the little guy again! I'm in the process of fling a complaint with the BBB!
