The Company refuses to refund the money after the item was received by them (with signature and full insurance). Diamonds were lower quality than promised. This is the 3rd month I am paying the credit card charges - no money, no product. Absolutely do not recommend.

I purchased errings for my BD and was very excited that I found such a good price. When I received my errings I thought I was being scammed. Nice setting but the "so called" diamonds were literally cloudy. To best explain what they look like they look like they had lotion on them and were not clear color or sparkling at all (yelowish cloudy-all throughout stone). When I call customer serviand inquired about my options it took about 4 emails for the representative to actually address return. I was shamed for not understanding what the description meant (even though the picture reference on their site does not display the diamond you will be getting. You will not find this poor of quality diamond at any jewelry store! Reason is simple, if you knew what it looks like you would never buy it to begin with.

This was my first time buying a REAL diamond so I was very clueless as to what to get. Since I saw this as an investment it was very important to me to know what I was ordering and after speaking to a kind gentleman over the phone he explained to me the different grades and I was able to order the exact ring I was looking for. It's so beautiful I'm very happy with the final product and I plan to use this ring as a family heirloom to pass on to my daughter and hopefully she will be able to pass it on to hers one day.

The say you can return it…but just try to return or cancel it. They charged me over $1000 and I cancelled two days after I ordered it. I

Well, not so quick because of all the amazing options they provide but if you know the base of what you're looking for, it is so quick and easy and not to mention, affordable. Just opened the box. Not my first time ordering from them. I got a couple of diamonds and jewelry from them. The earrings I got are just like always perfect. The prongs and details are flawless. The diamond shines just like what I was expecting from them.

I will never use this company again! I realized they never gave me a delivery date and were very slow in sending a confirmation email for my order. Once I realized I would not be getting my item in a timely matter and would have to pay $19.99 for expedited shipping, I tried to cancel my order. I was told an email would be sent within 3 days and it was not. I had to call them and request a refund again and was told it should be sent that very day...it was not. Finally, I was so mad, I asked to speak to a supervisor, who was very condesending, and was then issued my refund promptly. If you have to go through so much to get something you paid for in full, I don't think it's worth it no matter what they tout! Buyer Beware! Go to Jared!
