The process was fairly standard but wha I realized that one of the dates mas wrong and tried to change it things became much more complicated and I'm still waiting to see if my changes have gone through.
I made a reservation and froze it. When I went to unfreeze and pay for the ticket I was unable to do so even with 45 minutes of help from customer service. In the end I just started fresh and ordered a another ticket and paid right away.
Overall process was smooth and easy. I just didn't agree to a $10 monthly fee subscription of any sort. Why this was added I don't understand. I'm now worried that you're going to charge me anyway even though I declined the subscription. Untrustworthy companies usually do this type of shady sales activity.
My experience came out of trying several different "travel offering" groups with quite different approaches, some contradictory (to me) information, and some confusing sets of decisions to make to decide what to go with (whether it be travel dates, different options on baggage, seating arrangements, etc. I've been travelling international both professionally and personally for over 50 years, and I have to say the organisations offering travel online have become far too complicated with far too many choices.

Chose this service because of the price. I had some technical difficulties and repeated the same process many times, when I tried to finalize the purchase. Also, when I opened my itinerary, I could see all info except for the date of arrival.
When I book my flight on this website, i didn't see what is checked baggage weight, and I was upset that only after the purchase I could see that my luggage was 20 kg, instead of 23 or 30 for international flights.

We tried to re-book a flight with the flexible reservations option we purchased but 3 agents were unable to help us. The 4th and last agent suggested the solution that finally worked and we were able to get the flights that worked for us. Most all agents talk too fast and I spent 2 days getting satisfactory results.
Booking with E-Dreams generally works very well, that's why I do come back.
Just one thing irks me: The algorithm that sometimes (in fact: often enough to reveal a pattern), just before finishing a booking (not before), tells me that unfortunately the price has gone up during the booking process (usually by 50-100 USD/EUR/CHF), and asks whether I still want to book it ("You're so close!"). On some occasions this happened repeatedly, for the very same connection/date/time - so it's quite obviously fake, the price had not gone up during the booking process. I now routinely stop the process immediately at that juncture and go to another site. E-Dreams sister companies (Opodo, etc,) do the same thing, in different colours, but visibly employing the same algorithm trained to nudge you. Not cool - just stop it.
The booking procedure is too long, and what is really annoing is the everything is an extra cost. Absolutely everything. And the prices are not low. I booked 14 day trip to Zanzibar - checked luggage not included. We travel as family, you want to sit together? Extra! And quite a huge amount. And so on, so on... total price was not 4200 eur, but 5600 euro! And until now I don´t know if f. E. the meals are included. I really hope so... it was my first and probably last booking via eDreams.

I was on a search for convenient flights and eDreams proved not only to be the best value but also it was prompt in providing me with all the info needed for a smooth booking.
I liked the hotel, everything is good for 2 stars hotel. There are hot water in the shower, towels, everyday cleaning, good classic Italian breakfast with tasty coffee, friendly personal, good location
Thank you for working to book our flight. I joined Prime and was able to save money. I have not booked a hotel as of yet and will book a rental car. I will need another flight to get back home. Still in the process of planning
Super convenient, i liked it very much, easy to buy, good prices, a lot of ads tho which is $#*! but overall a cool website, the variety of hotels is less than on booking tho
It was pleasant fast and as it should be from one site that is this big as e dreams. I had maybe a small complaint about the question for the hidden fee they kept asking too many times for the extra security and other things when I had chosen in the beginning that I wanted the basic option otherwise all good
I didn't canceled my trip from Koh Samui to Bangkok, please confirm, that our flight 25/03/25 like expected.

This is our first time buying tickets here, so far everything has been smooth, the information has arrived quickly and correctly. We'll know more when we fly.
Besides long waiting for confirmed, the confirmation has no ticket numbers. Therefore, more time is consumed searching/ asking around for it.
I suggest that it should be more users-friendly and the ticket numbers should be sent together with the confirmation.

Actually all is good and easy. Only worry about one thing that we complete booking and paid for flight tickets without registering through passport details.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
