I usually plan a trip, and this application is useful and very good for me, because I have no problem buying tickets, because it is cheaper than other companies and its service is better, I don't get confused at all and I buy my tickets very easily, and it is very important to me that this company is valuable to its customers. This is very valuable in the world of e-commerce.
The price was great and the booking was fast but I was confused about the seat choice. I don't know whether I will be disappointed at the time of boarding without a seat. I didn't buy a seat because the price of a seat is too high. I bought my ticket early enough to avoid this confusion.
Booking was simple & good. My only quim is that I am flooded with emails about my trip & found it bewildering as to what email to use. Emails are all the same thing on my conformations on my booking..
I enjoyed using the edreams platform it is so easy to navigate & I got very affordable flights which made me save a few dollars. I would highly recomend edreams to family and friends. The prime free trial made the deals sweeter.
I'm not going to lie. I did save alot of money booking my flight tickets through eDreams. They do have the best prices online. Now though I was unable to get much information about car rentals with an agent, I do recognize that renting a car through eDreams is alot cheaper. And if you are a member of eDreams You get alot more of a discount. I do wish they worked with car rentals that accept debit card for us that only carry debit cards. Overall, the service is great and you get more discounts on eDreams than anywhere else.
I went to kayak. Com to book flights for a family vacation, and the first option for my airline of choice was facilitated by eDreams. I had to agree to a free trial membership in order to book, but I could cancel at anytime. The trial period was scheduled to end before my vacation started. I booked, called to cancel, endured the pushy customer service rep reading their "are you sure?" script, and thought that was that. A few days later, at 3am on a Sunday, my trip gets cancelled. No explanation. The airline looks into it and explains eDreams cancelled my flight. It costs $99 in non-refundable cancellation fees. The airline explains eDreams has no affiliation with them, and they recommend not using them or other pay-to-play third party sites. EDreams is predatory, unscrupulous, and vindictive. Go with them if you want your travel plans ruined.
3 days later my payment is still showing as pending. Investigated how easy it would be to cancel my eDreams Prime membership and was immediately taken to a scam website "usubby. Com" which then attempted to charge £9.95 to cancel. When I looked further, the cancellation process was much more difficult than it should be.

Stay away from eDreams at any cost. I booked several flights through them. Due to travel changes I had to cancel a few flights. Before cancellation I called there customer service to inquire if I will get refund whatever airline will provide. Customer representative told me that eDreams doesn't keep anything and I will get the refund whatever airline will provide. After cancellation they got the refund but never gave it to me. Now they are lying that I never had any conversation with their customer representative about refund. I mean why would call airline and cancel the flight? Just to give them money? If i would have an authority; I will mark this company as scammer. Please please stay away from scammers like this. They say that they give discounts; it's not discount they just increase the price and decrease it while booking. I use skyscanner and i get flights in same price.
It is not good to be hoodwinked into things! I am happy to pay for my consumables but not happy with having 2 options after reading the price of the flight which give you no real choice it's either or and stuff you if you don't want either but if you take prime you can cancel within days …. Yes but I don't want to have hassle! I am supposed to be on holiday! Why not just say this is the price of the flight accept and pay or NO end of!

The booking process was fair enough through the website but then the information becomes confusing, the airline sends info and edreams sends information, but I never got a clear breakdown of the cost. The cost that showed up on my credit card does not match the cost in the email confirmations. I was trying to look at a break down of the fees to find the hidden fees to explain the $80 difference. But I could not. Based on this I would not recommend this sight to anyone.

The booking confirmation email was very rough and unpolished, with many links that couldn't be opened. There were issues with the invoice; it only covered about 80% of the actual amount I paid. The email was very difficult to understand, and it failed to highlight the key information that passengers care about.

When buying a ticket, by mistake I clicked Prime. Only later I was informed that after the trial period if 15 days I will be charged 90euro as annual subscription. Although they wrote we can cancel the subscription, it was impossible. They offer a few telephone numbers but nobody answers. Only music and a machine repeating basic info. I called ten times, waited for a long time. Never got a chance to explain my problem.

I bought flight tickets, I booked hotel, all via edreams. I even paid for a premium membership to get some benefits (all a lie).
My flight was cancelled the day before. Edream did NOT inform me about it. I requested the refund and Edreams did NOT refund my money. I called the airline and since the tickets was purchased via edreams, the claim for the refund should be done via edreams. But after sending several emails and calls, edreams has NOT respond / refund / took the case at all. I have ever tried a worst costumer service. I am delegating the case to a solicitor to deal with it, and now will also claim for more compensation. I have cancelled my membership (which barely uses) and of course no refund made. I will make sure the word is well spread about this company and other people do not loose money as I did. Absolutely terrible experience.

I always default to a male, I've changed it several times but it just goes back to my being male. Also, I have experienced my flight changing times even though I worked hard to get the time that is reasonable and not a flight leaving at 4am where you are exhausted before you even fly.
One of the flights was indicated incorrectly, with 1 day = 24hr later than my request at Helsinki transit. But in the other hand, it says below and this is what I want, so I believe this is correct.

I was changed for prime without my knowledge. They changed me for an annual amount of £90.00 without any prior information. Now that I talked to them they don't refund me for the entire amount. Instead they give me a little voucher that I will never use. I am really disappointed and angry and I don't recommend e Dreams to anyone.

1) my husband's credit card failed, & I used mine for the booking. You specified that my name must correspond to the name on my credit card. Where we live, I am required to use a hyphenated name, married name followed by maiden name. When I attempted to type a hyphen, the system blocked & I was unable to type my full name.& thus unable to complete the booking. There
Must be many people with hyphenated surnames which appear as such on their credit cards. This need to be addressed. ( I have amended my full name below - with a hyphen!
2) from previous experience with the site, I have always had difficulty spotting the option for Special Assistance. No different, here: I kept a sharp eye on every single page of the booking process but still could not see it. You say there is an option just before the psyment process. If so, it should be much more visible.
All went as expected. Relatively easy site to navigate so far. Will have a final evaluation after I've experienced check in for departure & return. Don't like all the surprises that go along with air travel these days!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
